Sebenarnya pihak hotel sangat membantu saya. Yang mbuat saya terkejut adalah pihak app membatalkan sepihak voucher hotel saya tanpa ada nya refund. Ceritanya saya booking hotel ini tanggal 8 April sampai dengan 12 April namun karena kendala visa saya bisanya datang tanggal 9 April tengah malam. Alangkah terkejutnya saya ditelp oleh pihak hotel diinfokan kalo voucher saya sudah tidak berlaku dan refund telah dikembalikan ke traveloka. Karena membawa anak kecil dan tengah malam terpaksa saya harus membayar ulang biaya menginap selama 3 hari dan karena ada libur idul fitri mungkin CS traveloka tidak aktif dan baru mendapatkan jawaban 5 jam kemudian tanpa menyelesaikan masalah. Mohon bantuan dari pihak traveloka untuk mengembalikan uang saya ato setidaknya membereskan dengan pihak hotel. Makasih sebelumnya.

Affordable and near to songshan airport.

The staff that greeted me when I arrived was nice and helpful. But even her kindness could not make up for how disastrous this hotel is. Beds felt like cardboard. A cockroach watched me as I showered. The rooms have the musty smell of death, and I felt like I needed to find a prostitute and some crack to complete the whole experience in a genuine way. (kidding but not kidding). At least there was a hot water machine in the lobby? I think the person running this hotel need to realize when it's time to upgrade, do some renovations and create a better future for their business.

The room is 99 % clean (-1 % for 1 curly hair noted in the bath tub upon checking in 🤢). Universal power outlet is provided and the breakfast was awesome.

Room is very cute ,clean and good location.

Super cozy and comfortable hostel for solo traveller. The bed is spacious for one person, room is clean, things are prepared good enough for staying (like towel, shampoo, etc.). There is a shared space outside of staying area, very perfect for studying or working or just resting after a day wandering outside.

Location is okay if you are okay to walk 10min from the lrt station. Food is okay, not too bad, nothing too good, options is less. Room and its furniture looks old, so there are dirts and scratches that cannot be removed. Cleanliness is average, can be improve. But for its price, it is still worth to stay here than other place nearby, where the hotel is much more expensive.

It was a terrible stay. No one explained what to expect, amenities, breakfast hours, and other important details about our stay for 5 days. Frontdesk lady was rude when I asked about their tour packages bec she could not understand me. She should be fired because she does not know how to treat guests well enough. I will tell my friends not to stay at Delight hotel when they visit Taiwan. It was my second visit in Taiwan and choosing Delight was a mistake. Btw, that lady in frontdesk was the key of my dissatisfaction. She is wearing glasses with hair above her shoulders.

very beautiful hotel, big rooms comfortable clean, very recommend at all.
