1. The staff do not speak very clearly but try to provide good service. 2. Went out at 4 am. The staff fell asleep in front of the reception and did not pay any attention to the room. 1. This hotel does not have an elevator. 2. The handrails and steps are quite small and high. 2. The room is not as advertised. The bathroom is small. The water flow is not consistent. 3. The arrangement of the bed angle is contrary to the consideration of danger. The slide is in line with the corner of the pillar. This is confusing but I admit that it is a good idea to make this type of room. 3. The mattress is very hard and the pillow is very flat. The blanket and bed sheet are quite old. 4. The room for 5 people but !!! Use a small air conditioner. What time does it cool down?? There is limited parking, but the hotel said there is parking in an abandoned building but did not specify the location. Confusing. Overall, not very impressed. Maybe next time I go.

5 bed rooms, the air conditioner is not cold at all, call Phong at all 3 numbers, no one answers the call at all. when checking in The air conditioner is not cool at all. Leave the air conditioner on. Went to eat and came back was not cold. At night, I can't sleep at all, but the small room is firecrackers according to the price, the mattress is soft, the bathroom is clean.

Room is good like in picture, bed is comfortable. Good price and good location, you can walk to Changpuek Road. Since there is no elevator, you have to take the stairs it’s not recommended for Elderly. The manager is very kind. He carried luggages to our room by himself. Appreciated !
