Great service with a cozy vibe room. We even had a farewell gift after leaving the place. The hotel is near 7-11 and Pratunam market, which saved me a lot of time finding food to eat. Will come back if I stay in Bangkok in the future.

Excellent service. AGM Mr. Chunn was very efficient, dependable, helpful and goes above and beyond his duties. All other staff like Lindsey and Ismael are efficient and helpful as well. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Hotel is near the night street market shopping area. With rows of massage providers to choose from. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly and helpful staff. The beds are comfy and the A/C is running well and cool. We like the daily complimentary four bottles of water, snacks and welcome drink coupons at the cutest coffee shop on the second floor. Thank you so much .

Guys, you should stay here, it's super comfortable. Great price, great service, and very close to an ATM, yes, a cafe in front of the hotel, a massage parlor in front of the hotel, and halal food nearby. It's great for us, who are new to Thailand 🥰😍🫶🏻

The location is excellent, close to the market but not in a noisy area. The downside is that this hotel is not wheelchair and stroller friendly. Entering the main door requires descending stairs, so bringing a child in a stroller or someone using a wheelchair will be very difficult. If you bring luggage, the staff will definitely help you. The staff are very kind and friendly, although mostly male.

The room is a bit narrow, and the roof is short, the bathroom is locked by itself, drinking water is limited to 2 per day. If you ask for more, the male receptionist in the morning will not let you, and the wifi cannot be used if it is already CO time...

From the moment I arrived, my stay was nothing short of delightful. During my visit, I found the entire experience to be comfortable and memorable with excellent service. The location is quite strategic with Pratunam Market, friendly service from the staff. I stayed on the 21st - 22nd on the 6th floor and I felt that the hotel corridor smelled unpleasant, like the smell of a dead rat. From the 24th - 26th, I returned and got a room on the 5th/4th floor, I forgot, but my wife found 3 baby cockroaches: 1 under the table near the bed, 1 under the curtain, and 1 near the entrance door. I was quite disappointed but I still felt it was okay because of the friendly staff who did not make excuses, but I requested to change rooms and I was eventually moved. I also accidentally broke 1 glass bottle of mineral water and I apologized and replaced it with 50 baht.
