We shocked in at 5pm, just finished from work. The trip was very tired in the morning. 6.30 The staff knocked on the door. Said we have not paid yet We said that May we sleep first? However, the car is parked, we are not going anywhere, the staff cannot tell. So we said so, what should we do? We walked out of the room confusedly because we had already paid through the web. Then this employee asked us to talk to the lady. She said, Oh! She hasn't checked with the website yet! OMG and wake us up for it! Conclusion, she said, was her fault. Then we went back to the room and went to sleep because it was very early at 9:00 AM, the same employee who came knocking on the door cut us OMG! I can't sleep. Service does not pass. Customer care is not passed X
