Wonderful idyllic resort amongst the jungle in a national park. Only negative was the seashells on the beach which made it a bit uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet. Great facilities and staff. It’s the Thai Four Seasons!

Wow. What an amazing place to stay. Set in large grounds backing onto a gorgeous quiet tropical beach. The staff were all fantastic and friendly. Breakfast options were wide and varied with a fantastic view if sitting outside. So many areas to explore from the two large pools to the many sun (and shaded) areas. You can organise a Boat excursion to set off directly from beach - a great way to start your trip to the amazing islands nearby. Spent a couple of our days walking down the beach (either direction) and visiting the numerous other cafes, restaurants and bars which backed into the beach.

A wonderful hotel, we visited last year and did not hesitate to return this year.
We love this hotel, every about it, the staff always happy and welcoming, from the welcome meeting ( special mention to Kate) to the breakfast staff, mention for Hah and to all the pool bar staff who were lovely and the room attendant who kept our room clean and tidy. Brilliant, will be returning next year!

Exceptional friendly and very helpful staff. Beach was easily accessible and a magnificent view of the sea bay. Our room included the club lounge which we had our daily breakfast and afternoon mini buffet during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious.
The gym was well equipped, but the machine felt sticky. Perhaps they should supply antiseptic wet wipe for people to wipe down the equipments. I would have no problem in staying at the Dusit Thani Krabi.

Large hotel but you don't feel it is as the extensive grounds, beautiful beach & layout gives a feeling of space. Staff wonderful, facilities great (no rush on beach beds), well equipped rooms & delicious breakfasts. Could benefit from another specialist restaurant for evening meals & better in room streaming facilities on TV. Would recommend this hotel overall.

This resort is lovely with many return travelers. I recommend the club suites as the access to the club lounge with breakfast, tea and happy hour is worth it. I wasn’t impressed with restaurants in the area but the food on the resort was outstanding. You can get tours to Hong Island right on 5he beach, and it’s a quick ride to the pier for tours to Maya bay. The sights are worth it despite crowds, just go early!

Our 5th stay here. The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful location with beautiful & very well tended gardens, lots of colourful birds & odd monitor lizards wandering around! As well as 2 super pools there’s are large lawns with shade which lead directly onto an attractive long beach.( Only negative is that people come early and reserve beds with towels then go off & return a couple of hours later, l know the staff try to monitor but it is annoying). The sea is clear. Boat trips can be taken & some water sports run by hotel. Rooms are of a good size, spotlessly clean thanks to delightful cleaning staff, with reasonable size bathrooms, a coffee machine, kettle & small fridge. There are 2 restaurants an Italian style & Asian food, with lighter meals at a bar all excellent. There’s also a beach bar open later in the day. The breakfast is super with a great variety. There’s a reasonable sized gym but could probably do with a couple more treadmills as they were popular. For a change it’s a quick walk onto main road which has many restaurants. A well stocked 7/11 & couple of small shops. There’s a good laundry place & taxi rank. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had some upsetting incidents. First, before arriving we asked to book a ride from the airport. We're told they'd be there but no one arrived. Tried texting and emailing the hotel but received no response (or apology).
On our first day, we had a two friends come sit with us on the beach deck. They were kicked out, arguably because the hotel
Was fully booked. That's, of course, nonsense and there were sufficient vacant chairs around. Quite the experience. As a side note, when we went to their hotel (Varana Krabi; a five star hotel) we were treated as if we were staying there- offered a bean bag, given a paddle board free of charge, etc.

It is a stunning, exceptional hotel.
We booked a club room done bedroom suite. The room was the size of two rooms. We had a large king bed and a separate sitting area. The bathroom was the superstar—huge round jacuzzi bath, large walk-in shower, twin sinks.
Plenty of storage. Beautiful view over the resort with a slight sea view.
Plenty of water topped up every day - the coffee machine. Great quality toiletries.
The club longue was a huge bonus. You can take breakfast there rather than main restaurant - you are given table service for eggs, also can have a glass of sparking wine with breakfast in club that is not offered in main restaurant. Main restaurant for breakfast has a wider choice of Thai and indian food.
The club longue offered afternoon tea, between 2.30pm and 4pm and then happy hour with wine and snacks between 5.30pm and 7pm. This was really helpful.
The staff in the club longue were very helpful, kind and friendly.
Overall the service in this hotel was world class.

Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort is one of the best resorts we have stayed at. The location is quiet and relaxing and still close enough to Ao Nang.
The staff are absolutely brilliant. They were super helpful, attentive, reapectful. They were amazing with all the children.
We loved the swim-up bar, water activities, sound bath meditation, spa massages and the choice of restaurants. Finally the buffet breakfast is the best way to start each day.
We highly recommend this resort

The hotel grounds are beautiful with lots of greenery and wildlife to see. The beach is lovely and clean and there is a little bar which is great to watch the sunset at with some chilled music. The staff were amazing so so friendly and couldn't do enough for you.
We did the cooking class which was fun and the chef Wi and server Nam were great. I also had a massage at the spa which was lovely.
The only negatives were that there aren't loads of sun loungers around the one pool, and people put towels out early to "reserve" sunbeds and i think it would be good to have a stricter policy on this as some sunbeds with towels would be unoccupied for hours which isn't fair. The service at the pool bar isn't great either. The other bigger bar at the pool with the kiddies pool is way better and the staff are great there.
I was also disappointed to see the hotel offer elephant walking excursions when this isn't ethical - please do your research!
The food at the hotel is lush, a bit more expensive than if you were to leave the hotel but that is to be expected at a 5* hotel.
The hotel put on a big new years eve event which was amazing! The buffet was incredible with a pad thai station and loads of other options. I am vegan and they were very accommodating making dishes without fish/meat if i asked.
This really was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at though so wouldn't let the small negatives outweigh the large amount of positives and would really recommend staying here.
