Can't ask for more. Excellent. Friendly staff, smooth check-in, good room, great breakfast, nice onsen, close to the mall and MRT station.

The location is great, Big C and Platinum Mall are within walking distance. Clean rooms and shower water pressure is good. Hotel manager Elan and concierge staff are helpful.

Stayed there for 5 days, the sheets were changed every day and the room was cleaned, super comfortable, the room was spacious, clean, had a balcony, a refrigerator, and a bathtub. The staff can speak English. Early check-in is possible but there is a charge, but you can leave your luggage at the reception if you arrive before check-in time. There is a 2000 Baht deposit that will be returned after check-out. There are lots of food around the hotel, near Pratunam Market, close to 2 Sevel. There is a comfortable and delicious massage place under the hotel! If you want to order an online taxi, it's easy because the road in front of the hotel is still passable by cars. Highly recommended!!

This hotel is located very close to pratunam market. Vehicles can be difficult to get you exactly in front of hotel because small road. But you can walk not far from available drop off spot nearby. The receptionist was friendly and i got checked in quickly. The lobby area are kinda small, full with stuffs, but i don't mind just go straight to lift. I spent 4 nights at room 8402. The room is clean and they tidy the room everyday. The room also has TV, small refrigerator, hair dryer, towel, and mineral water. They give new mineral water also everyday. The bathroom also clean, smells good with refreshner. There are cold/hot shower, bidet, soap and shampoo. No ants or cockroaches like some review said. Excellent!

The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is clean and enough for 3 of us. The location is near the market and easy to access. The service is great too. Overall it's recommended to stay here.

Never been to another hotel. I always stay at the First House Hotel when I go to Bangkok because the rooms are excellent in every way.

Every time I go to Bangkok, I always stay at Baiyoke Sky. It's very strategic, just go down the stairs and you're in front of the Pratunam morning market and night market. On the left side, there are also many massage places and 7-Eleven. The breakfast menu is also delicious, the service is also friendly, and the room is clean. Every day, 4 bottles of drinking water are added.

Nice, clean, and spacious rooms. I took a family room. The location is very close to Pratunam, Platinum, and Tofu Skincare. Highly recommended.

The best and nicest hotel in Thailand, the staff is friendly and can speak Indonesian even though they look foreign. Almost all of the staff were very helpful with whatever we needed and provided good guidance when we had difficulty communicating. Thank you, in the future if I go to Thailand I will stay here again.

My family had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean, and the reception staff were very friendly. The location is quite close to Pratunam Market, which is very convenient for shopping. A big plus is that the food stalls in Pratunam Market are quite delicious and inexpensive. There's a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel, which is very convenient.

There is no doubt... this 5 star hotel, every year when I come to Bangkok I always stay here.

The staff are lovely. The hotel prepared the information for the stay very well and clearly. No need to ask any questions. The room is very clean, no dust at all. The room is very spacious. The location is good, very convenient for those who come to apply for a UK visa. The hotpot in front of the hotel is delicious. There is a 7-Eleven and Amazon under the building. It's really good. In my opinion, this hotel is really great. The room is spacious and can accommodate 3–4 people comfortably. The service is very friendly, and the location is close to the city center. It’s situated in a residential area, so it’s easy to find food and drinks nearby. It’s also quite close to Big C, the MRT, Thailand Cultural Centre, etc. (around a 1 km walking distance). The price is reasonable, and the room facilities are excellent — there is a washing machine, water dispenser, refrigerator, and microwave available for shared use. Highly recommended for those who want to travel to Thailand with friends or family. NGL, I will definitely be back soon!
