Friendly staff, clean room, reasonable price, will come back

The room is clean. The staffs are good and speak well. At first, I was going to stay for only one night, but after experiencing the service of all the staff here, I stayed for another 4 nights.

It was so comfortable that I didn't want to move hotels. The 4 days here felt as comfortable as being at home.

This is my 5th time staying here, and this time I experienced the cabin type room. It exceeded my expectations; it was very comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient, just 2 minutes from Phaya Thai train station. The staff are friendly, and there's even a luggage storage area where you can leave your suitcases after checkout.

The hotel is clean, there is almost no dirt at all from the bathroom area to the room. If I go back to Thailand again, I will choose this hotel again. The location is good for culinary, next to the hotel there are very delicious culinary foods. Keep it up, okay?

Had a wonderful stay over here with my family; the staff is friendly and responsive. My heater was slightly underperforming on day 01; it was fixed quickly when I provided feedback at the counter, and I returned to the hotel with a hot shower on day 02. Furthermore, Uncle JJ's passion and warmth made us feel very welcome whenever we left or returned to the hotel.

The room is very spacious and clean, cleaned every day and towels are also changed every day. Given bottled mineral water every day. Complete facilities, there is a smart TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, and water heater. The location is also strategic, close to everywhere, to Sevel only 100 meters. The staff is friendly and very helpful

The staff are very friendly and very kind. Ready to help us if we need anything. And this location is very close to Pratunam Market 😊 Just leave the room and you'll be directly to the market where you can shop. Highly recommended for Indonesians planning to visit Thailand. Because it seems many people don't know about this hotel.

The location is good as it is in an alley with many massage parlors, a 7-11, many other hotels, restaurants, cafes, and food vendors. The room is okay with hot water for showering and a hair dryer. My room specifically has a beautiful view of the city train. The hotel provides water, tea, cafe, bread, and jam for free all day. The staff are friendly and helpful, even give me a free Tiffy pill when I was sick. Overall a comfortable experience for a not so expensive price.

This is the second time I spent my holiday at Bed@town. Good location (500 m to BTS, opposite 7-11, near BigC and Central World.), friendly staff with warm welcome and enthusiastic support that make me feel very comfortable. See you next time.
