Lovely place to stay Like going to a friend's house Entered and looked warm Importantly, there is a chilling shop beside But there is no noise at all. Sleeps very well. Nearby, there are 7-11. If there is a chance, will go back again.

Nice room great service and good location very comfortable

This guesthouse is near the bus terminal which is a plus. The rooms are a good size and quite comfortable. It has private bathroom and they have free coffee, tea or hot chocolate. They don't have free breakfast but you can order from their menu. After walking around hours in ayutthaya, we were famished and was pleasantly surprised that we can order some food even when its not breakfast time. We were able to leave our luggages here in the morning when we checked out so we were able to walk around ayutthaya luggage free. They also have bikes you can borrow/rent (not sure because we didn't use bike). Will stay here again if I am back in ayutthaya. I also appreciate the amount of locks in the door and grills in the window which can make you feel quite secured.

It was awesome!!! the hosts are incredibly welcoming. I just loved them, they are willing to help you with whatever problem or question you have, even though their English is not that good, they'll do their best anyway. I really loved it. the place is really little and comfy, rooms with just fans are completely ok! I even got cold at night 🤣 ! I completely recommend it
