I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's clean, and the staff cleans the room every day. It's strategically located near shopping centers like Platinum Mall and Big C, offering everything. There are many clothing stores below the hotel. You can store your luggage at check-out if your flight is in the afternoon. Access to Platinum Mall is easy via the pedestrian bridge over the highway, which connects directly to various malls. A perfect stay at Archk Hotel in Bangkok.

Nice and cute staff, enthusiastic support. The room is neat and clean, I really like it. The surrounding hotel location has 7eleven, starbuck, some local restaurants and okela. The only downside is that for a lazy walker like me, the hotel location is a bit far from mrt or bts (sometimes not too far for other guests). The rest are all ok.

Best place to stay in Pratunam. Affordable price. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Only 3 minutes walk to ARL which can connect to BTS/MRT to explore all parts of Bangkok. Near to Pratunam market. Walking distance to Big C, Platinum, Central World, December, etc. Helpful and friendly staffs and receptionist. They also provide coffee, tea, and bread for breakfast. Free refill water as well. We stayed here for 7 days, and no complain at all. We’ll be back here if we return to Bangkok.

I was stay at Bangkok Palace for 5D3N, everything was perfect for my holiday, my flight arrive in the morning and arrived at Hotel around 11AM, I request for early check in, high floor and double bed. all my request are fulfilled! thank you so much Bangkok Palace for let me check in early. staff very nice, the housekeeping very fast for delivering our request. just one thing there is no cycle menu for breakfast, so everyday i'm eat the same food, but overall my holiday and stay at Bangkok Palace are awesome!

I strongly recommend Lemontea. Strategic location, walking distance to Pratunam market and Platinum Mall, convenient stores and massage centre just few steps away. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Cool and cozy environment. Will definitely back here again.

Came about past midnight but still the reception staff welcome our arrival with big smile. Check-in was smooth. And accomodate my needs even though already past midnight. Service is top-notch!
Hotel room is awe! Bed are comfy, great layout, fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofa, spacious rooms, modern toilet, and all the amenities you need is there.
Location is quiet within 10 minutes-ish walking distance from chidlom central dept store and chidlom bts. They provide free tuk tuk shuttle from the hotel to the nearest bts.
7/11 minimart and street food is nearby. And there’s nice cafe sits next to the hotel.
Definitely will stay at this hotel again next time my trip to Bangkok.

The location is quite close to BigC and CentralWorld. The night shift male receptionist and the manager were very attentive and enthusiastic. They helped us contact the driver and fulfilled our requests very well. I was particularly impressed by the night shift male receptionist, as he even guided us to buy things late at night. Overall, the staff's attitude was excellent, and there's nothing to complain about. The room was average but spacious.
