I rated Sara Inn great for several reasons; it is so close to the hospital, it is very affordable for longer stay, the staff is awesome! They treat you like family and are extremely helpful and sensitive to those who need medical attention.

Thank you so much for all the servants who are on duty at the hotel, truly providing the best service, anything at any time is always ready. And when I checked out, I just took the suitcase out of the room, the clerk immediately went straight to my room to help lower the suitcase. And also all are friendly, the door is opened in and out, and always gives greetings like good morning / good evening / hello Good job!

Must have been here 3 times already. Everything is okay. Especially very close to MRT and Airport Rail Link to the airport. Food is cool

I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure Bangkok Makkasan. The hotel offers excellent value with its clean, well-designed rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff also deserve special recognition—they are attentive, polite, and always quick to assist with any request.
Overall, Mercure Bangkok Makkasan is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and warm service at a great price.

a hotel that has a location close to everywhere, clean rooms the same as the photos on display, coffee and snacks are given every day for a week I stay here. If you go to Bangkok again I will definitely stay here again
