Great location in the middle of all the action. Super clean and wonderful housekeeping services. The rooms are spotless and updated. Hot shower all the time and AC was ice cold ! My room preference was with no window because it was very quiet and able to sleep as long as I wanted any time of the day or night. Great restaurant on the mail level with very good food and service. The rooftop pool area is wonderful and there was never anyone up there so I had it all to myself when wanting to relax for a swim. Staff was very friendly and check in took literally 1 minute and I was headed to my room.

We had a fantastic stay at Orchid Resortel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We bought the breakfast included option and it was wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and the Main Street with all the bars and restaurants. We would stay here again!

Awesome hotel to stay. Great location. When I arrived I noticed it was right in the middle of night life I was concerned about noise. They moved my room to the back nice and quiet. Everyone from front desk to all employees very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant in hotel open 24 hours and food is very good. I will definitely stay here in the future.

The Orchid Resortel is the perfect hotel for Phuket. In an amazing area and very close to Bangla Rd and all the action. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a restaurant and bar downstairs and a pool and sauna on the roof. Everything you could want and very reasonable prices.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were friendly and house cleaning did a wonderful job. The room was a decent size but we had to pay an extra 500THB per night for the third person even though we had booked a family room. The pool was small, no gym and the sauna was broken. We probably would not stay at this hotel again given the number of nicer hotels in the area

My room was large and had all facilities. Everyting worked correctly and the room was serviced every day. Hotel was at the centre of the liveliest part of Patong yet the room was very quiet. Staff were helpful and efficient but unobtrusive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place has no generator , if there is power outage , you have to climb up and down on stairs and carry your luggage . Staff are friendly and decent hotel
