地点十分方便，就在巴東夜街附近，

my stay had taken 2 rooms and in 2/F, both were spacious and clean.
location is very good.
water from the taps were a bit brown.
you can hear sound from corridor quite clearly especially at midnight. And can hear people praying in the very early morning, like 5am.

在房間使用吹風機竟然跳電兩次？！早上請櫃檯幫忙訂計程車，計程車遲到達半小時之久⋯除此之外，房間很寬敞、乾淨，早餐也不錯，飯店附近非常熱鬧但房間內卻意外的安靜。

The location is very close to all attractions, like the big shopping mall and the bar street. All the staff are very friendly and helpful even if we checked in at 4 in the morning. The room is bright, clean and tidy. The only problem is the street where it is located is very busy itself, a lot of traffic plus bars and restaurants open till midnight so it could be noisy at midnight and in the morning.

自問去過不少旅行,住過很多酒店,今次一家三口去住,有小朋友. 酒店只有地點好,員工有禮貌(是必須吧),酒店近海灘及商場,床很硬,瞓不好,去旅行都不可以好好休息......毛巾十分不清潔,本應白色的毛巾已變灰色.(日日換都是這樣子),沒有拖鞋提供, 水溫不穩定. 請自備牙膏牙刷洗頭水沖涼液, 每天有三支水提供. 泳池可以不去,超細.還想有有線收費的電視台?當然沒有吧! 沒有下一次.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were decent. Beds ok. Only hang up I have of this place is just how much renovation is going on w it. In a matter of days the entire lobby was turned into rubble, making it difficult to navigate from the street

Ficamos apenas para deixar as malas, tomar um banho e um último descanso antes do aeroporto, mas nem dormimos, foi apenas uma passagem rápida em Patong para últimas compras, e para essa finalidade foi ótimo custo x benefício.

Great location in the middle of all the action. Super clean and wonderful housekeeping services. The rooms are spotless and updated. Hot shower all the time and AC was ice cold ! My room preference was with no window because it was very quiet and able to sleep as long as I wanted any time of the day or night. Great restaurant on the mail level with very good food and service. The rooftop pool area is wonderful and there was never anyone up there so I had it all to myself when wanting to relax for a swim. Staff was very friendly and check in took literally 1 minute and I was headed to my room.

Got a room in the back, quiet by comparison to the ones in front. The music was still so loud that I couldn’t fall asleep before it stopped at 05.00. You can anlso clearly hear what your neighbors are doing in their rooms… Everything else was perfectly fine. You should book this for your drunken nights on Bangla Road.

We had a fantastic stay at Orchid Resortel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We bought the breakfast included option and it was wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and the Main Street with all the bars and restaurants. We would stay here again!
