Fabulous hotel stay in Chaweng Beach, all the staff super friendly, especially Nikki on reception. Rooms not huge but adequate for what we needed, we had a sea view room. Breakfast choice was plentiful and very fresh. Will definitely be back!

Dear Friends and Partners, We are writing to you to share a product update regarding OZO Chaweng Samui. As our portfolio grows and we launch new OZO and Amari properties, we are also keen to invest in our existing hotels to ensure that they are fully representative of the brand while maintaining the product and service standards that are expected from us. OZO Chaweng, Samui has been a part of the Amari family for over 9 years. In our continued efforts to ensure our guests are provided with a comfortable and safe environment, we have planned to upgrade the following in our resort: Location: Next to the All-Day Dining outlet “EAT” Work scope: Replacement of the outdoor wooden walk-way “bridge structure“ Duration: 21 May – 15 June 2023 (26 days) In order to minimise disruption to our guests, we have decided to close a number of guest rooms located close to the improvement works. The daily breakfasts, lunches and dinners can continued to be enjoyed at our EAT Restaurant located adjacent to the area affected (or at our Stacked restaurant for alternative lunches and dinners). It is expected that noise levels from the work will occur mainly during the initial period from 21-31 May during daytime hours. Our Pool Service shall continue as normal yet would be impacted by the works during the above dates. Should there be any change in the timeframe of the works, we shall inform you as soon as possible. Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions regarding the above. Thank you for your continued support.

Overall it was a good stay however the hotel was quite busy. We didn’t receive the 2 drink vouchers we should have had as VIP hotels guests, due to unavailability we didn’t get a late check out and upon checkout there was no info about where we could shower/change if we wanted to stay for a swim until we were ready to head to the airport. The room had a funny smell but the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was alright but it was a bit messy and loud in there. Perhaps a bit commercial. The pool and beach area is nice, away from the crowded street. We prefer to stay a bit further out from the busy places this was just a quick stop over on our travels.

I am absolutely obsessed with this hotel. By far the best place we have stayed in Thailand. It feels like you are at a Mexican all inclusive, everything is so perfect. The complimentary buffet breakfast is also SO good. 10/10 recommend this place.

Very friendly and they were nice enough to allow me check out at 1 instead of 12 plus they offer me to take shower at 5 prior my flight. I am going to stay in the hotel until I go to the airport at 7 pm. I would come back here Manager name is koy and other employee nik were very nice
