Very nice hotel, room was spacious and bathroom very nice. Staff were super friendly and assisted with everything we needed. The location is fantastic for eating and shopping, having hotel access to MBK mall and then walking distance to all the other great malls, BTS station and also great places to eat. Very good location. Taxi drivers know the hotel very well so it was easy to talk to them and get a ride especially when you are out of the way. Superb breakfast. Very comfortable rooms. Close to MBK. BTS National Stadium is also close but a bit of a walk.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful! Our rooms were unexpectedly upgraded and beautiful, and the view was incredible. We needed a quick turn-around on laundry service and with limited time the hotel’s laundry service wasn’t an option. The concierge helped arrange an outside service that was able to meet our timeline. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The hotel is connected to the MBK Mall which is shoppers paradise.

Great hotel right in the centre of Bangkok’s mall shopping district. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we got a discounted upgrade at arrival which was nice. Hotel itself was great - clean and spacious rooms, wonderful skyline views, large pool and jacuzzi’s, brilliant food (both breakfast buffet and room service were excellent). Very happy and would recommend this to everyone!

My husband and I stayed at Pathumwan Princess hotel for 13 nights on our recent visit to Bangkok, and it was an excellent stay. The hotel is excellently situated, it has direct access to the MBK mall on the ground and 2nd floors, thus letting us avoid the heat and humidity of Bangkok. The National Stadium BTS station is just a 10 min walk through MBK. From there, it’s just a quick and easy ride to the major tourist attractions and the other major BKK malls. About the hotel itself, it is a very nice place. The common areas are very modern and clean. We very much enjoyed daily breakfast at Citi Bistro restaurant every morning. There was an excellent variety of Asian and Western foods, from Asian rice porridge to French croissants, hot soy milk to Latte coffee. And they changed the variety every day. As part of the package we had, my husband and I had daily access to the club lounge. We took the opportunity to relax there every evening, to enjoy the hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and other spirits. The service and attention were of the best quality. We had the one bedroom premier suite king, and we loved it. We had butler service daily. The minibar was replenished daily. The room was very spacious with soundproof windows. The bathroom was pretty large with a tub for relaxing. And we loved the sitting area. It was an excellent place away from home. My husband and I completely enjoyed our stay at Pathumwan Princess hotel, and hight recommend it. We definitively would stay there again.

Management are overcharging customers on items. I accidentally went to use the bedside phone and the lamp on the side table electric plug was wrapped around the phone and when I pulled the phone towards me it tangled with the lamp cord and the lamp fell and broke the cheap glass cover. I took it to reception and explained. The next day I got a bill for 5000 bht which is $153. Went to the front desk and asked for the manager and explained why a cheap lamp cost $153 . They said normally the charge customers 3 times the price of anything broken. I asked where that is I the rental agreement for the room. Anyways they changed it to 3000 bht because actually it cost 2900 bht. I said you own some responsibility as you had the wires all tangled and when I went to use phone it caused the breakage

PP is an iconic hotel in BKK. Stayed at the hotel many many earth revolutions ago and was worried that it may have gotten old and dilapidated. They renovated the rooms which are spacious and the buffer breakfast was great! PP is attached to MBK which is a must in BKK. There were some unruly middle easterners in our floor and had to call security to take down their hall party. Apart from that, everything was good!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Pathumwan Princess Hotel. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We originally booked a deluxe king bed room but decided to upgrade our stay on the day of our check-in and it was the best decision we’ve made. All the extra perks that came with the upgrade were fantastic and worth it! The staffs were wonderful and very attentive. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location of this hotel was perfect with easy access to the BTS station and major shopping malls. 10/10! Definitely recommend! We are already planning our next trip back to Bangkok with our children and will definitely book this hotel again.
