All staff are friendly and helpful. Such an amazing and memorable stay. The kid loves it so much. The swimming pool is nice, the room is clean, and love the free boat shuttle service to the main pier. Many thanks to Mrs. Kalong for giving many recommendations about foods and the city. Most things are superb at this hotel. We have stayed here before and appreciate the service, location, and price. This time there was a very strong smell of cleaning fluid in our room. We called and asked about it. A cleaning lady came but said she couldn’t smell it. It eventually lessened, but every time we returned to our room we could smell it. (The hotel staff offered to change our room, but we declined.)

The place had a great view and overall was pretty good. However, the bathroom was missing some essentials like a hairdryer, ironing board, and other basic amenities — which I would have expected given the price. Room service was friendly and efficient, but a bit more attention to detail would help; they accidentally left the fridge door open, which unfortunately spoiled some of my medication.
