地點近河濱夜市步行約5分鐘，但附近沒有MRT。飯店氣派大廳還有駐唱。房間乾淨整潔，服務人員態度佳。飯店還有自己的船可往返湄南河。

浴缸水龍頭流下來的水是黃色的，還有不知名的沈澱物，太可怕了

熱水器內部有生鏽，請求更換一個，客房服務自打電話一小時半未出現，期間去大廳櫃台反應兩次。都要出門吃飯了才姍姍前來。其餘一切很美好，房間寬敞，窗景視野很好，去河濱夜市飯店有接駁車去，回來要自己走路也很近。早餐豐富多元，櫃台人員非常親切。若再一次前往泰國旅行會再次預定此飯店。

It is good for travel the river, We take the hotel shuttle, boat to sathan pier to transfer ‘hope and hope boat is very easy, hotel swimming pool is good too. Good for relax traveler for 2 days.

我早三四年前曾住宿同一間酒店，當時房間清潔，早餐水準，均令人喜出望外，是次發現上述兩項均大倒退，每天都沒完全清理收拾好房間，更把我帶去的拖鞋其中一隻掃到床下底深深處，早餐的食品水平及種類都大倒退。

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. We checkin late at night and the counter staff didn’t offer us with welcome drinks, we were a bit disappointed and reflected our comment. A customer service staff did call me on the next day morning to follow up the issue and arranged club benefits for us to have breakfast and afternoon tea at executive floor for the following days. The response and attitude was highly appreciated and this is what we expected for an international 5 star hotel. An additional credit to the fitness and wellness centre equipped with gym room, jacucci, steam room and sauna. However, it closes at 10pm, it would be very much appreciated if the it can be open to hotel residents 24 hours a day.

雖然酒店是有點日子，但還是具有大酒店的格局。工作人員熱情有禮，特別為我太太的生日作出特別安排，讓我們在這個行程中增加了一點小驚喜。酒店每半小時有接駁船到輕軌站，航程5到7分鐘，交通還算方便。這次是我在曼谷數次旅行中最好的一間酒店。

房間景觀很好, 可以望到asiatique 的摩天輪和湄南河, 可惜房間有異味(裝修的味道, 霉味)...泳池沒有陽光照射到, 如果是想曬日光可能不太合適

一切都還不錯，只是我訂2張單人床，飯店給我安排一張雙人床，還有河景房..所有窗戶看出去都超過90％面積都被建築物檔住了...除了這2項都還不錯

用膳的户外區太多鳥兒聚集，在枱上飛來飛去，容易散播病菌; 而擺放餐具的枱墊沒有每次更換，只是用濕抹下便算，而那塊抹布，抹完枱又抹完椅再抹餐墊，太不衛生，簡直令人嘔心，所以，我會選擇這酒店住宿，但不會選擇在此用膳

搭的士由BKK到酒店,連公路費用大約700泰銖,今次入住的是Premier Suite,整體衞生冇問題,睡房內隔音良好,只是在廳會聽到走廊有人在談話,不知道為什麼某國人總是喜歡在別人門外聊天,冷氣過份良好,不知道為什麼房內設定28度還是比廳設定20度還冷,最後只好關掉,酒店內wifi訊號良好,準備了的router也沒有使用,浴缸只是用了一次便出現漏水問題,整理房間時只有大浴巾沒有更換,不知道是環保還是其他理由,酒店有接駁船到BTS,每30mins一班,最後一班由BTS開出的船是2305,餐廳位於泳池旁和15樓,泳池旁的會較多選擇,酒店大堂有一些Local tour,有一些門票經他們購買會較便宜,如人妖show,動物園,酒店距離河濱夜巿大約步行10分鐘路程,出酒店轉右沿馬路一直走就到達,餐廳推薦河邊的CAPRI ASIATIQUE,在酒店外近馬路有一間按摩店,雖然有點殘舊,但值得一試

要自備牙膏、牙刷、鬚刨 洗頭水很好用，步行去夜市6分鐘就到

Check in & check out process seems comparatively slow to other 4-5 stars hotel. Most of the staff are great with smile but just not up to my standard to a so-called 5 stars hotel indeed. Sitting in the front desk for 10-15 minutes to get a registration form for filling in address and sign seems not a reasonable time for me. Trying to ask the customer to get the welcome drink for themselves also not an appropriate service as a 5 stars hotel should provided. Even a 3 stars hotel's staff would prepare the drink and wet towel for customer while they are waiting for check-in. Regarding the shuttle boat, it was to the pier to connecting boat to Icon Siam only, not direct to Icon Siam. You need to ask again and queue up at another pier to get the free connecting boat. Luckily , it was easy to get Grab car around and it would save more time if the traffic is not jam than getting the hotel's shuttle service. The most unpleasant experience is that once of the hotel's staff replied my initial complaint about the slow check in time. The staff even put a blame to my partner whose is not good in English and said he has got the key card already and I was just standing in front of the service counter next to the reception area for asking the shuttle boat schedule. I am really pissed off about this kind of service and reply as we 2 just get off from a 2.5 hours taxi ride from Koh Samet to Bangkok and just want to get the room and out for eating only.

房間洗手盤出水很慢，廁所廁紙格很近座厠，冲厠時會弄濕，厠所很舊。 加床的床單不乾淨，有頭髪，坐了一會就令皮膚痕癢，最終沒有在加床裡睡
