I loved the restaurant and pool area. My room did not look like the picture. Quick check in. I did not like the elevator. It was super creepy as it stopped a bit shy of the 5th floor. Meaning you have to lift your luggage to get it out of the lift/ elevator. Upon arriving to my room, the door was left wide open. Why???? This is unsafe. Neighbourhood is great. So many places to eat and get massages, nails, etc. It is a bit pricier than the Bangkok prices I'm used to.

The hotel is a bit dated, as many reviews mention, but the location more than makes up for it. I’d compare it to a three‑star property in North America, but at about one‑third of the price. The AC worked very well, and we always had hot water with strong pressure. Although the hotel is only about 70 meters from the boulevard, it was surprisingly quiet—we didn’t hear any noise at all. It’s a three‑minute walk to 7‑Eleven and the night market, and about 8–10 minutes to the BLS metro, a nice mall, and Lumphini Park. The staff were courteous, and housekeeping cleaned the room daily, leaving two bottles of water in the fridge each time. Excellent value for the price. We definitely recommend it.

Overall extremely good value. Location is great, near multiple transit options. Plenty of food in the area including some great street food next door. While the hotel is dated, it is very clean and the staff are lovely. Had everything I needed.

Being a solo traveller i always very shoved in the worst room and once again not disappointed. First room was smoking. Did not even enter but went down stairs to request new one. Second room right in the corner again next to a noisy road, lights don't work, mould in bathroom, tv not work.. They would of moved me immediately but was so exhausted from flight code to just stay. Next was either upgrade a couple hundred $ or take one with twin beds. Choose the twin beds was much quieter but safe was locked and not able to use. The hotel is a good 10 min on bike from khao san rd and other places but right next to the bts which was super handy. Staff were awesome 👌 just a shame the hotel was so old. Would not stay again.
