Excellent location for the price. Even though the property is dated, things are clean and well kept. Very close to food, clubs, convenient stores. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Front desk is available 24/7. The pool is nice but closes at 7 pm

Yes... All of the above. Also, The Rose Hotel was a nice little hideaway in the middle of Bangkok. I will stay the next time I am in Bangkok.

A hidden Oasis, in my opinion. A very reasonable price, comfortable bed, clean bathroom ( with clothes line), refrigerator, water daily. I requested a kettle, and it was in my room, with a mug, before I returned. Loved the swimming pool, as well.

The Rose hotel ( not rose residence) has paedophilia art on the 5th floor and a generally creepy feel. Really disturbed my daughter at the end of our Thailand trip 😢

Came here for Honeymoon Pros: 1. Location 2. Things to do/Places to Eat 3. Quiet 4. Cost Effective 5. Kind staff 6. They provide two bottles of water a day 7. Clean 8. Free WiFi Things to look out for: 1. Room size was sufficient but was expecting bigger based off of pictures (not a big thing, just something to look out for) 2. Whereas there is a book for Room Service and it speaks of Dining Room down stairs (not to be confused with Restaurant on Property), this does not exist. (Wanted food one night instead of going back out and was disappointed when we found out from the front desk) 3. Shower curtains were on the older side of life (yellow-ish) 4. Our particular room faced the Rose Residence, so our curtain was closed often due to people being on their balcony while we were changing (not a huge thing, just to share) Overall, this was a solid stay for the price point. Would consider other places if trying to be romantic or utilize more amenities.
