Best hotel and totally worth it! The location is amazing—very close to Pratunam Market, December Mall, and lots of food places around. Everything is within walking distance, which makes it super convenient. The room is quite spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

You can walk everywhere near the date.. next time I go there, I can stay there again.. the only thing missing is the small elevator.. the rest is okay.

I've entered the number of guests and they arrived as stated: 4 adults, 1 child aged 10, and 1 infant under 1. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was charged 1,000 baht in cash because the 10-year-old was supposed to be an adult. They said children were supposed to be under 7. On top of that, the hotel was dirty, didn't match the photos, was cramped, and the staff was unfriendly!

For clean rooms, the elevator is very small, a 10 year old child is considered an adult, I booked to put my child in but the hotel charged me another 2000 baht for 4 nights, the staff is just ordinary, there is a dispenser in the lobby for free water, Kpratunam is not too close either..

Initially skeptical of the reviews, we were satisfied with the room we booked, a junior family suite room 32 for six guests. The room was spacious, clean, and had a separate bathroom and toilet, so there were no queues. The only downside was the small elevator, but otherwise, it was fine.
