Staff were not present at check-in. Communication was via WhatsApp. Feeling confused because no one was there to help.

When we arrived at the hotel, it was still too early, around 8 a.m., so we couldn't check in yet, as the check-in period is 3 p.m. We didn't inform the hotel about the early check-in. We were able to leave all our luggage and head straight to Platinum Mall, December, and the 100 Baht Shop, which are only a 5-minute walk away. The hotel area is Muslim-friendly; every time we buy food on the food street, the vendors will direct us to the halal options. Even the Seven-Eleven cashier next to the alley wears a hijab, and there are shelves specifically for halal food. At the end of the alley, there's a self-service laundry if you need to do your laundry. The hotel didn't include breakfast with our reservation, but every morning from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m., we received free drinks like coffee, chocolate, and Thai tea from the coffee machine on the ground floor. GrabFood is also easy to order halal food. There's a scale in the lobby area, which can be used to weigh our luggage for those who like to shop and are worried about excess baggage upon returning home—very useful. Our room had two king-size beds, and the room was spacious enough to store our many suitcases and groceries, and to pray. However, there's only one small table and chair. The room is cleaned daily, towels are changed, and four bottles of mineral water are provided, which can be refilled in the lobby if needed. There's a hairdryer, refrigerator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hot water, and a kettle. The only downside is the small elevator. This is a good hotel for families.

The hotel's location is near shopping areas. We could walk to Pratunam Market, Decembers, Platinum, and Siam. There are many food options surrounding, Thai massage, and of course, a 24-hour seven eleven, making it safe to walk at night. The room we chose, a 'hug' for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, a living room, and billiards, was very cool.

The hotel is nice for group travelers, but the lift is too small. But overall, it was nice to stay there. Thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel is located in a small alley, but it's still lively because it's surrounded by other hotels and shops. 7-Eleven is 100m away. The staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee in the common area is excellent. The rooms are very spacious, with comfortable beds, suitable for 2-6 people. The only drawbacks are the slightly small elevator, the lack of wardrobes, and the inconvenient location of the bathroom.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel grounds are also clean. You can refill your drinking water.

The apartment room was clean and spacious, but it’s so difficult to access because they only have 1 elevator that is super small and slow. The kitchen would be greater if they provide at least an electric stove instead of just a microwave.
