Nice, comfy, and spacious room. But the water heater is a little bit of trouble, so the water is quite cold, but overall everything is nice, and we're so happy to stay in here.

The hotel is nice, but be careful, in my experience, the towel got make up on it and the stain couldn't be removed, so I was asked to replace it for 500 baht.

I also noticed that many Indonesian guests stay at this hotel, which made the atmosphere feel more familiar. The receptionist is friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth. However, the elevator is quite small, so guests often need to take turns. During busy times, this can lead to longer waiting times for the lift. Overall, it is a good hotel and recommended for its location and comfort.

The hotel staff was super nice and friendly. We had a lot of confusion about Bangkok, and the staff was very kind and willing to explain it to us.

The location is excellent, as it's close to Platinum, December, and Tofu, all within walking distance. It's perfect for shopping and dining.

The largest hotel room I've ever booked 🤭. You can see the photos here. There's even a pool table in the room (not in a public area, though). It's only a 10-minute walk to Pratunam or Platinum Mall. I'll definitely come back to this hotel if I ever visit Bangkok.

This is our second stay here in Thailand. The location is strategic and the room was comfortable for the four of us.

The room was exactly like the one in the photo. I booked a room for three people. The bed was also very soft, so my mom slept soundly. It's perfect for staying with family and friends, as the room has plenty of space.
