If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charge. One child under 6 years is charged THB 300 per night when using existing beds. Move room at 2pm The resort is very dark. Is a woman who comes with children 7/8 The lights in the room were dark. Reception was not closed at 6 o'clock. It was terrible. The corridor was very dark. Must use the telephone lights to illuminate the pathway as well. The accommodation door was not completely closed. The fire in the room was so dim. Too much money for accommodation Whichever way he looked, there was only darkness, even the other rooms could not see

The receptionist can check in early. Because arriving at the pier at 6:00 am, the bedroom is comfortable but the bathroom is outside the bedroom At night afraid of ghosts Not brave enough to go to the bathroom Dining room area The swimming pool can see the beautiful sea view. The slope of the accommodation is understandable. But the service needs to be updated quickly. No car pick up at the pier. We need to notify in advance. Resort phone is broken. unreachable Tell the coconut tree over the line. Should have a mobile backup number. Should call customer confirmation. Do not let customers call you back. There are many improvements for this resort. This is not enough page. Who would you recommend to go to another resort? If you do not want to be disappointed with the service. This is the first time to comment on accommodation. I'm not a big deal. But for the resort is not impressed with the Czech out of Czech out.

We arrived and the receptionist asked us if we had reservation liked we don't belong there. after she saw our reservation she was a bit nicer. still grumpy. there was no hot water in our room. they just said in your room no hot water. I had to communicate with Google translate with them. not that is a problem. but a little English in hospitality would be appreciated. when we checked out it was not friendly at all. no goodbye and grumpy again. this was my experience. hope it won't be yours.
