The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and NON-REFUNDABLE in every case. If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charge. One child under 6 years is charged THB 300 per night when using existing beds. All further older children or adults are charged THB 900 per night for extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. -Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. -Please note: some reason our restaurant could not service by no notice with some accidents. We could apologize to our guest and hope they could understand. -Our guest who need the shuttle bus when arrival please feel free to reconfirm for the date and time before your arrival here. For bus transfer from pier to Thipwimarn resort starting from 08.00 AM. to 16.30 PM. if you come with special time, we do apologize; we could not have shuttle bus on that time. -Cards accepted at this property is Visa and Master Card. -Pets are not allowed.

The receptionist can check in early. Because arriving at the pier at 6:00 am, the bedroom is comfortable but the bathroom is outside the bedroom At night afraid of ghosts Not brave enough to go to the bathroom Dining room area The swimming pool can see the beautiful sea view. Good service staff The pool doesn't have flowers, leaves to keep unclean.

The site is great, the staff relaxed and not too helpful, nights are quiet, some mosquitoes and ants, also a bad surprise with cold water shower. But a great breakfast and great location.

We arrived and the receptionist asked us if we had reservation liked we don't belong there. after she saw our reservation she was a bit nicer. still grumpy. there was no hot water in our room. they just said in your room no hot water. I had to communicate with Google translate with them. not that is a problem. but a little English in hospitality would be appreciated. when we checked out it was not friendly at all. no goodbye and grumpy again. this was my experience. hope it won't be yours.

Shady atmosphere, quiet, beautiful room The resort started to be steep, especially the way down the beach. The lonely and leafy steps of the stairs But the atmosphere on the beach is very beautiful. P.S. The breakfast has a little to choose from.

Beautiful accommodation, convenient to the sea, beautiful views, but may not be suitable for children and elderly. The path to the room is quite steep.

The bathroom has a smell from the pipe. In the room there are ants in the corner of the room, including the bathroom.

The slope of the accommodation is understandable. But the service needs to be updated quickly. No car pick up at the pier. We need to notify in advance. Resort phone is broken. unreachable Tell the coconut tree over the line. Should have a mobile backup number. Should call customer confirmation. Do not let customers call you back. There are many improvements for this resort. This is not enough page. Who would you recommend to go to another resort? If you do not want to be disappointed with the service. This is the first time to comment on accommodation. I'm not a big deal. But for the resort is not impressed with the Czech out of Czech out.
