Pros: The room was quite spacious and fairly clean (but there was a tissue in the toilet bowl. I was shocked when I opened it. I thought the housekeeper might have dropped it, so I flushed it without notifying the hotel). The atmosphere was quiet. There were food stalls in the alley and a motorcycle taxi stand nearby. It was a short walk from the alley. It was a busy area but not noisy. The receptionist stayed until late. They provided plenty of pillows, robes, and a small hair dryer. The air conditioner was old but cool, and it wasn't loud. The room didn't smell bad. Cons: The female receptionist was rude and didn't give good customer service during check-in. The Superior Room in Building 3 doesn't have an elevator (the information says there is one, which is why I argued with the staff). Luckily, it was only on the second floor, so I didn't argue further, as it would have been a waste of time. *** There is a 1,000฿ deposit required, which is refundable upon check-out.

The female receptionist provided very bad service, looking down on us and shouting at us. However, when talking to a foreign customer, she spoke very nicely and her tone was completely different. While waiting to check in at the reception, I heard the receptionist gossiping about other customers. When working in service, you should work wholeheartedly, not as if you don't get paid. We paid for the stay, we didn't ask for a free stay. As for the room, we booked a double bed, but when we got there, we got a single bed. When I called the staff, they told me to contact the app because the app didn't provide complete information. The building has no elevator and the corridors have no lights. It felt a bit creepy.

I booked 2 nights at UMA. The first day of check in, the lights in the room were flickering and out of 4 lights on the ceiling only 2 were on, the telephone was not working, the AC was making a loud noise, I immediately asked the staff to change rooms but they didn't give me one because the rooms were full but after I checked online there were still many rooms and they told the staff they said they had to upgrade the room if they wanted to change. In the end, I didn't change rooms because I felt forced to upgrade the room and had to pay again. The first night I couldn't sleep at all, the mattress was also bad, the next morning there was a scorpion on the room table. I immediately packed and asked to check out that day. After I showed the video of the scorpion to the hotel staff, they just said they would give me a room change because there was still 1 night left. I said it was no longer necessary, I immediately checked out and changed hotels even though it meant wasting 1 night and I will share my bad experience staying at UMA with the public.

Booked without sleeping. So sad. Went in at 2am. The parking lot was full. The staff said there were 4 parking spaces. Let me leave the car. Well, I went and there was no one there. The hotel staff must have been sleeping. What should I do next? Find another place to sleep. Check out. They didn't help the guests at all. And the 1,000 baht key card deposit didn't help at all!!!

It's okay. The room door can't be closed because the size is not right. Breakfast has few choices but it's okay. But I saw foreign guests running around at night and slamming the door loudly. It's probably a matter of manners. But I recommend that if you don't like it, don't stay here. You might encounter this often because there are many foreigners staying here.

Checking in at 2:00 p.m. is understandable. I reserved 6 rooms, came all the way from Phuket and was tired. Arrived at 1:00 p.m. I prepared my ID card and asked for documents. Can't fill out information while waiting (at 2:00 p.m.) The group will be able to enter the room immediately.) In conclusion, we had to wait until 2:00 p.m. and then they brought documents for me to fill out for 6 rooms. I think the service is funny. I'd like to fill out the documents because I didn't ask to enter early. (After that there are young men and women who come to help provide better service.)
