I’m really satisfied with my stay at Z Sleep Hotel. The location is excellent—it’s within walking distance to Central Hatyai and Makro, which makes everything super convenient. It’s also just a short drive to the Asean Night Market. What I love most is the ample parking space. No stress, no circling around—parking was always easy. Overall, a great stay and definitely a hotel I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Hatyai.

This is my second time staying here. Impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The room is spacious, very comfortable, not stuffy, and the view of Central at night is very beautiful. Parking is very convenient. The price is not expensive but expensive with excellent quality. If you come to Hat Yai, I recommend this place. The staff are very polite.

There is a room that can be used for breakfast filled with a dining table, microwave, dispenser, TV and even reading books. The hotel's location is next to the large central Hatyai mall with a variety of culinary delights and branded stuff. Asean night market and Greenway night market can be reached on foot

Z Sleep is my top priority hotel. -No worries for car or motorcycle parking slot. -5 AM leave hotel to laundry, you wouldn't feel unsafe. -Staff reception and room housekeeping good service. -Next to Central Hatyai, opposite Makro. Just the thing not perfect is: -Water pressure low for shower. -Room, washroom, and corridor room used low light.

Nearest hotel from Central Festival Hatyai and Makro discount store. Easy and fast checked in and checked out, cozy room and comfortable pillows and bed, effective Wi-Fi, nice city view from the window. Only one thing that I recommend to improve is power of water pressure in the shower.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Central Hat Yai, very convenient. However, the walls in the room are quite thin, and the children in the next room were noisy and disruptive all night. The elevator was a bit slow, but that's understandable since there's only one. Overall, the cleanliness is good, and the location is excellent. The lobby is a little small, and it can get stuffy during the day if the sun is strong because there are so many windows.

Because of flood on hatyai, i request a refund but the hotel didnt want to issue a refund , and insist the flood has gone by the time i arrive, but in reality the flood is still there and we have to cancel the trip.
