Had a great stay at Z Sleep Hotel! The location is excellent—just a short walk to Central Festival Hatyai, making shopping and dining super convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it's a great value for money and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hatyai. Highly recommended!

1. Change the bottle shampoo (for me, it's more convenient). 2. Some bath towels have been changed to new ones. 3. This is the second time I'm facing the room Wi-Fi with an error message 'connect with Wi-Fi without internet'. 4. For me, everything is good. This is my priority choice. If the shower water pressure were higher, then it would be great.

It's still an option for me as a hotel, but this time I was disappointed. The room had a very strong cigarette smell, even though the hotel had ample time to clean, as check-in is at 2 PM.

Comfortable, beautiful, clean and very good value hotel. Next to the leading shopping mall in Hat Yai city. There is also an EV charging facility in the Hotel parking lot

I really liked the location of this hotel. It's close to shopping malls, which is perfect for someone like me who loves shopping and going to malls. The hotel staff, including the housekeeping staff, were all very lovely. Overall, everything was great. However, this hotel tends to get fully booked quickly, so if you're planning to stay here, I recommend booking in advance. If I have the chance to return to Thailand, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near Central shopping center, making it easy to get around. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. I really liked it.

Z Sleep is my top priority hotel. -No worries for car or motorcycle parking slot. -5 AM leave hotel to laundry, you wouldn't feel unsafe. -Staff reception and room housekeeping good service. -Next to Central Hatyai, opposite Makro. Just the thing not perfect is: -Water pressure low for shower. -Room, washroom, and corridor room used low light.

Nearest hotel from Central Festival Hatyai and Makro discount store. Easy and fast checked in and checked out, cozy room and comfortable pillows and bed, effective Wi-Fi, nice city view from the window. Only one thing that I recommend to improve is power of water pressure in the shower.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Central Hat Yai, very convenient. However, the walls in the room are quite thin, and the children in the next room were noisy and disruptive all night. The elevator was a bit slow, but that's understandable since there's only one. Overall, the cleanliness is good, and the location is excellent. The lobby is a little small, and it can get stuffy during the day if the sun is strong because there are so many windows.

I was very impressed. The accommodation is right next to the mall, which is very convenient. It's also very clean, and the staff are lovely.

The hotel is great. Strategically located. You can also get a great view outside. Access everywhere is also good.

Near central Hatyai and walking distance to Makro

The bed is so incredibly soft! I love the bed here; it's so comfortable and perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Because of flood on hatyai, i request a refund but the hotel didnt want to issue a refund , and insist the flood has gone by the time i arrive, but in reality the flood is still there and we have to cancel the trip.

everything was okay just that the lobby was doing renovation during my visit ,just a little inconvenience and narrow walk way to the lift.
