This is not a 4 star hotel. Staff are rude and not at all helpful. They delayed our check in by over and hour and claimed there was no booking made, even though it was. They refused to contact the agent on our behalf even though they weren’t busy (at all) and were huffing snd puffing each time the agent tried to call them to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the place was falling apart and was not clean. No basic facilities in the rooms (i.e. kettle, coffee, minibar etc), the fridge was old and not working properly. The only good thing is they had hot running water 👍😅 Wont be going back there in a hurry.

The street on which the hotel lies is filthy. The photos on Facebook is completely different from reality. Clearly the hotel has seen better days. The breakfast is very basic. Reception on the TV is extremely poor. We had to switch it off. Overall it is not a hotel I will be visiting again and certainly not worthy of the 66 pounds I paid.
