Nice hotel with good staff and great service

Good staff not the best breakfast. Rooms aren’t clean and neither are the bathrooms. Close to the city center which is good and it’s price is decent.

To get in by the side of the parking was hard for me when i carre my laguges .need more information signs thats all

This is not a 4 star hotel. Staff are rude and not at all helpful. They delayed our check in by over and hour and claimed there was no booking made, even though it was. They refused to contact the agent on our behalf even though they weren’t busy (at all) and were huffing snd puffing each time the agent tried to call them to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the place was falling apart and was not clean. No basic facilities in the rooms (i.e. kettle, coffee, minibar etc), the fridge was old and not working properly. The only good thing is they had hot running water 👍😅 Wont be going back there in a hurry.

Dirty dirty dirty, birds in ventilation system, someone opened my luggage and stole my cream. Very noisy. Unsafe. Badly frequented. Horrible experience. I will never go there ever again. Bird pop on the floor. Food left over everywhere. Smoking cigarettes everywhere. Dirty sheets. Smelly towel. Dirty glasses and plates...

Close to belvedere animals zoo and not far from old city and the airport

Staff was rude and not helpful. They could not see my reservation and kept me almost hostage and made me miss my flight. I had to stay an extra night: additional fees .

The street on which the hotel lies is filthy. The photos on Facebook is completely different from reality. Clearly the hotel has seen better days. The breakfast is very basic. Reception on the TV is extremely poor. We had to switch it off. Overall it is not a hotel I will be visiting again and certainly not worthy of the 66 pounds I paid.
