Even though my reservation was missing as I wasn't on system. The receptionist staff were very helpful and she managed to get me a room.the staff were very helpful and very friendly. Very happy with a service. Big thank you to hotel menara staff

This is the second time we have stayed there .Our room is fairly standard but spotlessly clean and a lovely walkin shower .the food is far above a 4 star hotel as we have stayed in 5 hotes in Hammamet as we actually ive here in Oued Baten and like to take a breakevery now and again .The pool is so clean and the garden area is beautiful .But what makes the Menara special is the STAFF .Nothing is too much trouble and they are so polite yet friendly .reception is incredibly helpful and they aree following corona safety guidelines to the letter . Sorry if this is long but I am an English teacher here LOL .

Highly recommended! All staff at Menara Hotel were so warm, welcoming and very helpful. This includes the security staff, reception staff and the waiters and bar staff. The food was delicious and the rooms were very comfortable. I will look forward to staying there again soon. Thank you

Nice hotel, staff are friendly however food was very minimal choice and if you didn’t arrive at the start of dinner by an hour later there was hardly any food left. That hotel was not busy only around 30 people as it was Ramadan. Even more reason to have good servings of food as it was hard to find Restaurants open outside of the hotel due to it being Ramadan. On the one occasion we did arrive later to dinner and had this problem the waiters where very friendly and did offer to get the Chef to cook us something else. Despite this I would revisit this hotel.
