Even though my reservation was missing as
I wasn't on system. The receptionist staff were very helpful and she managed to get me a room.the staff were very helpful and very friendly. Very happy with a service.

This is the second time we have stayed there .Our room is fairly standard but spotlessly clean and a lovely walkin shower .the food is far above a 4 star hotel as we have stayed in 5 hotes in Hammamet as we actually ive here in Oued Baten and like to take a breakevery now and again .The pool is so clean and the garden area is beautiful .But what makes the Menara special is the STAFF .Nothing is too much trouble and they are so polite yet friendly .reception is incredibly helpful and they aree following corona safety guidelines to the letter .
Sorry if this is long but I am an English teacher here LOL .

Highly recommended! All staff at Menara Hotel were so warm, welcoming and very helpful. This includes the security staff, reception staff and the waiters and bar staff. The food was delicious and the rooms were very comfortable. I will look forward to staying there again soon.

I couldn't stay at this hotel and obviously it's a junkie staff, I sent them an email informing them about my flight complications and can't make it on time, I told them to forward my bookings for to days ahead but no one bothered to reply to my email.
Shame on them for such a service specially that I've been a travel agent and guide for 25 years and would never ever even think about nominate them for any of my groups, and on the top of that hotels.com is not willing to give a refund.

The property was clearly not a 4 stars hotel despite the information on Expedia. We found some pads in the pool, croach in the toilets, we couldn't have 2 towels for 2 guests. The restaurant cooking was very poor. We had an all inclusive reservation but we went several times to restaurants outside to avoir eating their food.

horrible food, you can barely find 1 or 2 things that you can actually eat. both during breakfast and dinner.
hotel room kinda small, no tub but the shower is quite large.
ants in the bed??? not much, just a couple but still...
the elevator is horrifying, we only used it for the luggage. and it even got broken during our checkout :)
too far from the beach, the pool is kinda small but it's not bad.
too expensive for the quality of the service and I do not recommend it AT ALL.

Pas d’ascenseur car il ne fonctionne pas personne pour monter les bagages au 2 eme étage la climatisation ne fonctionne pas pas de télécommande pour la télé et en plus il n’y a que 3 chaînes piscine à moitié salée et la bouffe c’est la cerise sur le gâteau tout simplement degeulasse cet hôtel ne mérite même pas une étoile
