Kaila Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

My first visit to Turkey and it was simply amazing. Very nice people work in this hotel. I liked the easy access to the beach and the area. I visited with my partner in October and it wasn't very crowded. Although in the summer there are probably more people, which is normal. The SPA is great and I recommend the hammam. There are 3 outdoor pools and 1 inside. My partner and I stayed only for 6 nights and we didn't have time to use them all, but we are definitely doing that next time. It's very easy to find excursions to different places. The food is very tasty and there is a big choice of all types of meals. There is even a diet section. There are also a few A la Carte restaurants with very good menu. The room is cleaned daily and staff clean all areas regularly. There are lifeguards everywhere. Bottled water available for everyone for free and even staff brings it to you without asking, especially on the beach. For me this is just the perfect place for an All inclusive holiday and it's not too expensive in my opinion.

It's a nice place for a vacation with clean pools and amazing food. The drinks were good as well, and the customer care service was excellent. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but the beach options were limited, and the sea was quite wavy.

It was close to the shops and had a tunnel under the road to the beach didn't here any noise at the hotel at nighttime three pools to choice from with bars on all of them making it easy for you to get your drinks or snacks

Denizi iyi değildi,bulanık ve kirliydi,şemsiyeler sabit değildi sürekli bir görevli elinde çekiçle şemsiyelerin yerini değiştirmek zorundaydı ve hiç hoş bir uygulama değildi. Çarşaflarımız söylememize rağmen hiç değişmedi, yemekler çok güzeldi, genel temizlik çok iyiydi, genel olarak güzeldi ve tekrar gelinebilir

Noise room. Food limited, need to pay 3 euro for fresh orange juice in breakfast buffet. Cheap quality of food. Staff training needed in this hotel. English language training needed in this hotel. Overall don't expect 5star. Customer paid 5 star price but on arrival it's 3 Star in this hotel in my options.

As soon as i walked into this hotel there was a lot of commotion between the staff and some customers, which told me that the staff must have a lot of attitude and when i was about to check into my room the staff was shouting at me and one of them even spat in my face and i was very cross about that, but that wasnt the only thing, when i checked into my room i went into the bathroom and there was human waste still in the toilet and as soon as i saw that i complained to the receptionist and they said just flush it. The facilities here r rubbish no personal space, food was trash and not much variety, worst of all they charged us extra for no apparent reason will definitely will not be recommending this hotel

As a group of 9 travelling together we always knew that there may be some kick back from staff, however, we tried to make everything as simple as possible - all ordering the same drink at every drinks order at the bar or planning ahead and notifying the staff if we planned to do certain activities. The bar staff complained about having to simply make drinks and always hounding us for tips because ‘there are so many of you’. We were in general made to feel as though we were an inconvenience to the bar staff, especially those around the pool. The food was another issue entirely, whilst they always had a vast selection to choose from, very little was palatable and most made a vast majority of our group physically unwell and we opted to eat out wherever possible. The pools and beach were pleasant and the slides good fun. The entertainment team, and especially ‘engine(apologies that is probably spelt incorrectly), were the most welcoming and helped us organise many evenings of entertainment. Overall I would say the hotel looks great and there are a few elements that are but these are so heavily let down by staff with bad attitudes and poor quality food, would I go again? No.

We had 2 rooms for more than 10 days in this hotel. Very unfriendly staff. Waiters impolite and often fought with customers. The bed covering was a disgrace we had no choice but to go buy our own. For the first 7 days we had a safe with not charge on our return to the hotel from a short trip the receiptionist told us safe is 2 euros a day. I asked them why I was not charged the first time I stayed, I was accused of lying. I had to talk to the General Manager who was as unfriendly as the rest he was rude and said the same thing. Someone should teach these people manners and how to deal with customers. This is at best a 2 star I don't understand how it is claim to have 5 start rating.

The all inclusive food needs improving. Not very tasty. Also the time slots given for eating needs extending too small of a window.

The hotel was very basic! Not a 5 start at all, the food was tasteless and boring. The staff were friendly and nice. I will 3 star at best

KATYA Hotel is a great place for families and excellent value for money...very clean, spacious rooms with plenty of storage...the staff is very friendly and activities and entertainment are good...the kids pool with slides is great fun and there is easy access to the beach. If the outdoor pool is a bit cold for you, yoy can go to the indoor one to swim..the food is lovely, varied and healthy and you can have snacks by the beach...we all haf a great time at the hotel and i personally dont understand why some reviews are a bit negative.

after reading positive and negative reviews i still booked the hotel . went with a family of 8 ,arrived midnight reception staff are polite ,had issues with the room booking as we were booked in 3 rooms over 3 floors . as discussed needing interconnection rooms was told they are fully booked to come back tomorrow morning . arrive to the room on the 6th floor to a horrible stench coming from the bathroom into the whole room (something wrong with the drainage ) which took a while to air out ,air conditioning is is poor does not let out cold air ,safe needs to be paid to use ,only 3 water bottles in fridge which surprised me as i had paid full all inclusive . rooms are 4* standard clean to a standard . had many issues in changing rooms in the end just stayed in the room given. they also only provide 1 card for each which i think isn't acceptable . food overall normal breakfast .eggs salad bar cereal drinks not a big variety ,lunch same a few varieties but not to a 5* standard ,dinner same if you come late will not get much food as they don't top up again ,one thing i noticed which worried me was the food left from the day before would be served at lunch eg-plain pasta recooked with sauce .only eid day they had a good selection of food .poolside beach is ok animation team is good ,you only get a few drinks in all inclusive not mocktails! and avoid not nice ,staff are pleasent just a shame management are not helpful when a complain arises .overrall average shops close by .
