Great spot . Spa fabulous experience. Would be nice to get smart TV in the room so can watch Prime or Netflix. At the bar I would get some bartender with great drinks. Overall great place and nice people.

Hotel has a great location. Room is tidy and clean. Only problem I faced that I received a phone calls from staff asking if everything okey and happy with the stay. It is a good thing to ask,but not every day and definitely not at midnight to wake me up from sleep.

Very beautiful interior, the executive room was well decorated, nice and quite.
The bathroom was large with shower and bathtub.
And the breakfast was very rich.

We booked two rooms. Both rooms had a lobby view which was really bad, don’t have a window to look outside. No privacy, noise from lobby all day because of the interior window. I woke up one day because of the alarm from other room!! The AC was too hot which made us uncomfortable. The card system inside elevators are really bad, we had to insert the card and choose our floor number, but many times it wasn’t working and we go up and down trying to make it work. Never coming back.

The location of the hotel was very near the metro station and a shopping mall, so it was the perfect choice for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful and also they made me a pleasant surprise on my birthday by leaving a cake and a bottle of wine in the room. We will definitely stay there again.
