Hotel was amazing...The locatiom was safe and quiet neighborhood. But quite far from main sightseeing places and traffic to get to main areas Taksim, Old city was very bad. But the property and staff very good, helpful

Great spot . Spa fabulous experience. Would be nice to get smart TV in the room so can watch Prime or Netflix. At the bar I would get some bartender with great drinks. Overall great place and nice people.

Room key did not work on several, I mean several occasions and after so many complaints and finally yelling they realized that the battery to the lock had to be changed! Customer service is not really important to the staff unfortunately!

Friendly staff … the hotel itself is quite nice and also quiet. However, you may encounter some noise from time to time as the hotel located next to the Main Street of Şişli… other than that every thing was satisfactory
