Excellent, independent hotel property. There are lots of eating options just outside the hotel. Very safe. The reception staff need to be more conversant in English. Barring that, everything is too good. We enjoyed the stay.

I stayed with them 2wice back in 2022 and this year 2025. Both times I was happy with their service, location and cleanness of the place. Their location is the best to walk and shop and their staffs are helpful and nice. Would recommend them.

Hotel rooms are old and aged. Service is very poor. Roof top bar is outrageously expensive more so than 5 star hotels in NYC or London.
Sewer construction around the hotel stunk the entire area.
A weird rule they have is that you can't charge drinks to your room. You have to pay for them on the spot!!

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Cleaning crew was also very helpful. Help crew with luggage at the arrival were very demanding for tip that did I not appreciate.
