It was just one night but everything was more than expected. Loved the pool area, the room, the breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was very easy. I suggest requesting a room away from the pool of you prefer quiet. Breakfast was average in taste. The eggs and sausage were good and hot but the French toast was not very good.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff was great as well.
Our room was dated, but comfortable and clean.
I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, when we arrived back in our roon at 10:30 pm the guests next door were loud. It got quiet by 11, so we could live with that. Unfortunately, we were jarred awake at 2:30 am from the same neighbors with very loud foul language, banginging around, wrestling, throwing each other down, more cussing, laughing, etc. We tried to call the front desk but no one picked up. Finally, my husband banged on the door and told them to quiet down. They were obviously very intoxicated, but finally they must have gone to a different room. I shared my complaint with the front desk when we checked out and she said a manager would get back with me. That has never happened.

Expedia services were quick and reliable. Hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable, however seemed very short staffed. The only true complaint I have is the lack of resources in the room. Bed pillows were small and didn't even cover the length of the bed, do not disturb signs, hand soap, extra towels and an ice bucket were all items we had to request and wait for. Also, very few things in the kitchen, I would suggest bringing own cooking / plastic ware.
