Overall great stay! My husband and I stopped on our drive from Ontario to Nevada. The hotel felt safe, was dog friendly for our 8 year old Pomeranian, breakfast was served at 6am which was great for us who had to get back on the road. Bed was comfy, room was clean! Would recommend and the price was perfect!

I wouldn’t stay here again if I could afford to stay somewhere else.
Comforter was stained. Bathrooms were redone though. Rest of it’s pretty old. But it’s passable if you need somewhere to stay.

It served its purpose which was a cheap place to sleep. A bad storm rolled through and knocked out power to half the town including this property. The doors opened and the water was running, but I think the storm blew out all of the light bulbs that were on during the storm. This was no fault of the property, but I wasn’t offered any refunds or amenities and noone checked up on me.

I thought I was staying at a hotel. This location seemed to a home for some people down on their luck.
There was a lot of updating and maintenance that needs to be done.
I was there for a dog show. When I checked in, no word was mentioned about an extra fee. The second day I had pounding on my door and a gruff man stating that I will be charged $200 for having dogs. I felt spied on and accused of doing something wrong when it was their responsibility to address this at check in.

My room was disgustingly dirty and had old dog treats under the chair and dog hair on the floor. There was also wet spots on the carpet and splashed gross unidentified substance on the bottom of the bed. Absolutely disgusting. And all the front desk offered me was to make a note that I wasn’t the one that made the room dirty. Unexceptionable and disgusting. 0 out of 10 rating!!!!!!! Front desk extremely not helpful as well. This property should be ashamed!

Up until the power went out due to storms that came through thursday night they were accommodating. I booked my room online and was told they wouldn't refund my money for the remainder of my stay due to me booking online. I stayed in a room with no power or hot water for 4 days. Asked for a partial refund seeing I had to stay! Was informed that they would talk to the manager! Apparently they are still talking about it as i have not heard anything more. The sheets and comforter were stained yellow in certain spots. Rooms were not vacumed as there was dirt/ mud chunks throughout. I would not recomend or stay at this establishment again!

Worst trip I’ve had in a long time. The room was okay, bed was comfortable but there were stains on the sheets. During our 4 night stay, hotel staff only came by once to see if we wanted trash emptied or new towel, etc. The second night of our stay there was a crazy storm and the hotel lost power, but the next morning most of the rooms had working lights and electrical outlets, our room did not. We asked to switch to a room that had partial electricity but the hotel staff said they could not switch our room. We had to charge our devices in the rental car. The hotel had no hot water, no continental breakfast, no spa, and lacking quite a few amenities that were advertised on the property details.

Clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, pillows, shampoo, etc. The only complaint is that the bathrooms shower curtain was missing. The commode was daycare center size, no joke this thing was small! No grab bars to help you up. I don't remember any grab bars on the tub. I'm sure I could have asked for a shower curtain. When I'm in a room I just wanna relax not make calls or walk to the desk.

The pool was not heated it was very cold. The breakfast was not good the eggs was gross and the hashbrowns were soggy. I took my fiancee for his birthday sad to say it was a horrible stay at the hotel for his birthday.

Pictures say 1000 words. Hotel in Paw Paw was nice. We were here 3 or 4 hours. It was too dirty to stay. The manager did try moving us to a different room, which was dirty as well. Good place to go if u enjoy cleaning the room yourself, finding half eaten cupcakes on the floor, crumbs/dirt around the perimeter of the room, sticky substances on the counters, ect, ect, ect.
I have never left a hotel room, but after seeing the second room, we left. I have small children and i travel weekly for business all over the USA. I didnt see bugs, but we weren't there long. Further, Hotels.com has told me that they cant get me a refund. Not really sure why. Apparently they cant get in contact with the manager at this hotel? I will be contacting my bank for what i should do next as i was only at this hotel for a few hours before leaving due to it not being in advertised condition.

Expedia indicated the additional deposit was $50 but after arriving atthe hotel it was $100!!! The room was dirty. My feet stuck to the floor in the bathroom. The pillows stunk and were very flat. The hallway reeked of cigarettes. There were peoplescreaming and fighting in other rooms but when I addressed it with the staff I was informed this couple love each other and they just argue sometimes. This was not arguing. They were screaming and yelling at each other so much I was traumatized. The grounds were small and had trash all over.

The pool was not open when I checked in. But opened pretty late in the evening. I was pretty bummed that I didn’t get to soak in the hot tub. The breakfast is super early in the morning as well. It could be a little later.
