Very beautiful great location

Made my reservation back in Feb. not knowing the hot tub and pool were closed. Received 2 different emails with different dates, Thought it would be open on the 1st

Nice, friendly hotel. Not too posh but nice spacious rooms and friendly staff.

I was traveling to this area due to a family emergency, and my trip plans were fluid. Staff, including management, were extremely accommodating during this very difficult time for my family. The facility was clean, quiet, and provided a much-needed sense of comfort. Their kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation far more manageable. I’m deeply grateful and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone—especially those in need of a supportive, peaceful place to stay.

The room was clean but some updating would have been needed, such as the bathtub drain cover (didn’t seal completely), shower head and drapes (with a tear).

I believe the property was as clean as it could be. The interior and rooms could use some attention/upgrades. Good location for business.

Loved the location and the view. Didn't love the prices for parking around the area or the $35 to vallet for the hotel.

Had an amazing time during our stay in Columbus.

We wanted to stay somewhere close to Nationwide Arena, and this fit the bill. Staff was friendly. Didn't take long to get the valet, and the room was quiet.

Stayed here one night with 2 kids. The room was great! Great that there is a pool and exercise room. The front desk and restaurant on the bottom floor staff were excellent! Very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the valet is so much money and it was snowing we got the car early and the windshield wiper was broke. And to top it off I grabbed the snow shovel and salt and did the Marriott's Sidewalk!!! I am a 40 something female with 2 kids and my kids almost slipped. I saw all these kids and moms, coming out of the hotel so I went to work! It was crazy!! We paid a ton and it was like I was at the house! Owell! At least there was an advanced auto parts - so we got a wiper and got home. We did not complain because I wam a firm believer in you don't know what someone else is going through. Maybe the staff was sick or had some reason they couldn't help with snow. Also my dad always said in snow leave the wipers up! Please do that next time! Thanks and have a great day!
