I really appreciated the safety features in the elevators. And the parking deck was so convenient, as was the MARTA station. My only gripe is that ice machines were not on every floor.

The room was not clean: It needed to be vacuumed, and there was garbage from the previous guest laying on the desk when I arrived. One of the sugar/napkin/creamer packets had been opened and was with the others near the coffee pot. The pool area was not clean. On Sunday, 9/7 there were towels strewn about, articles of clothing, and a diaper. On Monday, 9/8 it was cleaner (less towels) but still some towels, napkins, and articles of clothing laying all around the deck area. Staff were friendly and helpful! The valet attendant was especially helpful in directing me to a parking garage and was patient to explain the directions to me twice. I'm sure it was posted somewhere but not very obvious when I was doing the booking that breakfast was not complimentary. Since I was coming from out of town, it was not obvious to me that I was traveling to the heart of downtown and thus not intuitive to ask if there was a parking lot where parking would be complimentary. These are two costs (parking & breakfast) I had not budgeted for in advance.

We requested queen size beds and received singles. We had 2 towels the room was disgusting and run down and the worst part front desk do not care about your complaint. No one answers their phones and when you come to the front to give your complaint they do not care. The lobby was full of people wearing barely any clothes walking around with no shoes or socks. Got in the elevator with our kids and had two ladies in the underwear. It was a clown show. The worst experience. A nightmare.

The staff was extremely rude. My room wasn't ready. I contacted customer service and they didn't seem to care. Overall it was my worst experience with a hotel. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here when you have to pay your money for something that isn't delivered and deal with very unprofessional people as well.

What was good about the hotel was very good. What wasn't so good was rather frustrating. The frustrations. #1 had to be the WiFi. It was intermittent far too often. Many times it required reconnecting to the service. The other issue was the noise. Not great during the day (sirens - but you're next to a hospital, so...) and can be nightmarish at night (booming rap from someone in the street and, I'm not kidding, louder than football stadium PA systems). The walls are apparently thin so if you have loud talking neighbors (perhaps laughing loudly from "a night out", that could make sleeping difficult. The balcony door was sealed shut and apparently had not been washed in a LONG time - not the greatest view through the accumulated dirt. Also, for some reason, after some days, some towels vanished after housekeeping came through. That being said - the room was VERY clean. The location was fantastic for a not-bad price, considering a convention of 80,000+ was just a couple blocks down the street (that's why I was there). You're diagonally across the street from a MARTA station. There are food option in the hotel and a nice diner/burger joint nearby. The service was VERY good (despite a total of a $45 charge for a microwave and mini-fridge - but it was a ONE TIME charge, not per-night). The bed was comfortable - especially the pillows. The linens were fine and quite clean. All in all, the positives outweigh the negatives, though - by a fairly wide margin.

I really enjoyed my stay here overall. The service was amazing — every staff member I interacted with was attentive and friendly. The amenities are also a highlight: the bar and pool area are beautiful, and the gym was a great bonus. That said, the quality of the room itself could use some attention. A lot of the stainless steel features, like the bathroom mirror frame and tub faucet, are rusting. I also noticed hair on the bathroom floor when I arrived. The bedframe has a tear, and the peephole on the door is so blurry that it makes it uncomfortable since you can’t clearly see who’s outside. If the rooms were updated to match the level of service and amenities, this hotel would be incredible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This property has went downhill within the last 3 years and it shows! I went back to my past reservations and I’ve stayed here 6 times over the last 3 years and I couldn’t believe how poorly this hotel has been kept. The rooms smelled of wet mildew. There were no towels or wash cloths available other than what was originally in the rooms on the first night. We were told by staff that they didn’t have any. Like what? What hotel doesn’t have the proper towels and wash cloths for their guests? The lobby area was well kept and clean but the bathrooms downstairs were out of order and nasty. Room service didn’t come around until the very last day at checkout time. Stained carpets throughout the hallways.. just TRASH! Very unacceptable.

I booked a 3-day, 2-night stay here and was very disappointed with the experience. From the start, the lobby felt uncomfortably warm and damp. The hallways and my room smelled strongly of septic, mildew, and wet mop, so bad that I had to buy air freshener just to tolerate the stay. The front desk informed me that only valet parking was available at $50 per day, which is extremely overpriced. For that cost, the service should be excellent. Most of the valet attendants were great, but the one female valet had an attitude with me, which made the experience even more frustrating. The pool was open but very small, and although the depth was marked at 3 ft, it was actually closer to 4 ft. The pool area itself was moldy and not well maintained. In the room, there was no bathroom trash can (very inconvenient, especially for disposing of feminine products), no fridge, no microwave, barely any lighting, and several outlets didn’t work. We were only given two bath towels for a 3-day stay with two people, and when I tried to call the front desk for more, the hotel phone went unanswered. The balcony was closed “due to a statewide issue,” which felt misleading when booking. Looking back, I really wish I had read more reviews before booking. I only considered the price, and even then, it was way too expensive for the experience we had. The hotel was poorly maintained, inconsistent in service, and not worth the cost. I would not recommend staying here until serious improvements are made.

When I arrived at the hotel, room was not ready. Waited two hours. After checking into the hotel, the room that they assigned to me, well, had only one pillow and one towel. For two people staying in this room. From deck said they were washing towels, as soon as they dry in the machine. They will distribute the towels. 5 hours later “No Towels “. The hotel ran out of towels. At 9pm we received our towels. I called room service to request towels, I try calling and complaining to room service, front desk, including office management to take care of the situation. People who were staying at the hotel, were mad and angry. Many people were at the front desk complaining about towels and pillows. Crazy situation. Manager was rude and ignored everyone request. Room service would not pick up phone calls. This was bad. Never again will I stay at this hotel. I drove over 10 hours to Atlanta, I am 100% disabled veteran. They did not care about my situation. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!! 😡

Booked a room for two guests. Housekeeping took away one of our towels Friday morning and left us with one towel to share till about 5pm on Saturday. We tried to get a replacement towel Friday night, but we where told the hotel was completely out of all size towels. Other guests in line Friday night were also missing towels and some had rooms without any bedding. This was my second stay at this hotel and I didn’t have any issues a year ago, but I also had a no housekeeping sign previously. My room this year was missing the sign and if I’d know it was going to leave us sharing one towel for two people I would have requested no housekeeping at check in.
