When we first got there, our room Keyes did not want to work whatsoever. They “fixed” them four times and they still didn’t work, they then switched us to other rooms on the other side of the hotel and there was a strong malodor. After we complained about that, they showed us our original rooms by opening up the doors with a pair of screwdrivers. Those rooms weren’t any better either. which resulted in us having to book another hotel 10 minutes away.
DO NOT PAY THE GUARANTEED RESERVATION FEE THROUGH EXPEDIA. - I paid extra for a guaranteed reservation through Expedia, and we where told at the place of booking that this fee was totally worthless, that we where gonna be given whatever room was left.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room lacked basic amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I had specifically requested a first-floor room due to a knee issue, but the location ended up being right next to the freeway and an open alley with no barrier to public access. Around midnight, people were loudly yelling outside our room, asking for alcohol. Although we called the front desk, the group dispersed before staff arrived.
Throughout the night, the noise from passing cars, pedestrians, and general foot traffic was extremely disruptive—I woke up multiple times and couldn’t get any restful sleep. The lack of security and open access to the hotel area was concerning. Vehicles and rooms are left exposed, and it felt like anyone could just walk through the property.
I strongly urge management to prioritize guest safety and peace by adding better barriers or walls, increasing security presence, and ensuring guests can truly relax during their stay.

I have a disability and requested a first floor they gave me 2nd floor and refused to transfer me … 2 rooms under me were vacant the whole time .. no management available from desk were not friendly or had customer service experience. Glad I don’t have to come back again.

So far the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced . I did booked ahead of time , 2 months ahead to be exact but when I check-in in their front desk they said that they don’t have a room available for us. WHAT?They ask me to cancel my old reservation and do a new reservation which is way expensive rate 76 dollars difference FYI . When we got in the room what we found is we don’t have TV, 4 live cockroaches crawling around the room and a dead cockroach in the bath tub , a broken chair and untidy toilet bowl with black stain inside . I want to get out right away of the hotel but it’s 10-11 PM already but there’s no available hotel around the area .and When I asked if we can have bath towel because we don’t have any they said they run out of bath towel . I had to endure this kind of treatment until morning . I’m so disappointed with this hotel . I’m too tired to make a scene about this but I want to make a review about it so that people will know what to expect if they will be staying in this hotel .

On check in,the receptionist was poor, bad attitude,told me the room I had reserved had not been cleaned (it was about 7pm).Room given on 2nd floor when it should’ve been 1st,later when I went to the front desk, a shift change occurred and she changed my room still 2nd floor though,but they both said that as I had two separate bookings I had to check out first then check in later the second day.
In the morning before check out time I asked the receptionist the same question and said she could do the booking for me as I wanted to catch my tour bus to Yosemite and not leave my belongings in my car all day.
HER NAME WAS GABRIELLE I THINK,excellent service and knew her job maybe not the other 2.

We had traffic delays and didn’t make it to the hotel until 2:30am and they wouldn’t let us check in and cancelled our reservations, only refunded half of paid reservations. Terrible customer service, refusing to check us in, in the middle of the night?! Wild.

When we arrived we asked if we could heck in early, she said it would be $40. We waited to check in at 4. Got into the room and the room is not finished being remodeled. There is no baseboards on the wall with holes in the drywall. The bathroom GFCI won’t reset. The shower curtain was ripped. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and the trim fell down. The motor looks like it’s just barely hanging in there. I thought it was a building ode for any bathroom to have a working exhaust fan because of mold. The soap dispensers in the shower were dirty. The transition from room to the vanity area is at different elevation and is a trip hazard. The bathroom vanity light flickers when it’s on. You can hear everything the neighboring rooms. No signs for ice machine. At night the walkway lights have some not working, it was dark and raining so not the best safe light. Room definitely didn’t look like the picture from Expedia. The mini fridge didn’t get cold. Not really a good place. I wouldn’t even say it was an average experience.

Inmates for a room with a fridge for my medicine and I went through 4 rooms before I got one.. they never went and checked them selfs kept sending me till the last one.. you need to go through the room and put fridges on them. Make sure the ones that they run out that say they come with the fridge and microwave the fridge of microwave actually especially if they’re gonna charge extra for the deluxe rooms. also, the rooms don’t even have phone so you can call the front desk…
