I checked in and within 15min I checked out the hotel…. The staff was very rude and the hotel wasn’t clean

I booked this hotel for a three night stay. Tv in the room didn’t show well and had a line across the screen. When you walked out of the elevator a bad odor was present for a few days. Parking was terrible because they had semis in the back of the hotel . I don’t recommend this hotel. Hotel don’t provide enough towels when you are staying multiple days and when asked they still didn’t bring enough.

It was wonderful, location was perfect to everywhere I went and staff were great.

I usually enjoy staying at Hilton properties, but this DoubleTree was a letdown. The room felt dated and wasn’t as clean as expected—there was dust on the furniture and the bathroom had a lingering odor that never went away. The air conditioning unit was loud and inconsistent, making it hard to sleep through the night. The worst part was the noise—walls seemed paper-thin, and I could hear every word from the adjacent rooms and hallway. I usually appreciate the signature cookie, but this time even that felt stale—literally and figuratively. Overall, this experience did not reflect the quality I’ve come to expect from Hilton properties. I hope they make some much-needed updates and improvements.

Customer service was excellent. Hotel needs to do renovation it is not a 4 star more like 2.5/3 star. Bed was uncomfortable

Everything was nice except for the fact that the refrigerator in our room did not work.

Car was broken into. Security were not there to do their job.
