The staff was friendly, and the hotel was in a good location, close to shopping and dining. The property could use a little love, though. May be time for a glow up.

Older property than i hoped. Needs new carpet and fixtures. Services were good though

The tavern that is a bar and restaurant attached and ran by the hotel opened up their rooftop patio at 11:00 pm on Saturday night. It was a live band sound right above our room! Why would you rent out the patio as I was told people can rent it out. Can they? The music and drunk people were loud and woke us up we wrecked our sleep. We came to town for a soccer camp. My son did not get the rest he needed and we expected. They shouldn’t be allowed to rent a roof out ( if they are even allowed to do that).

Inside stuff are expensive

The hotel rooms are mediocre, the loby is nice. By far the worst part of my stay was the bar or tavern connected to the building that will blast music late into the night refusing to lower the volume. Prepare to be kept up by loud obnoxious music.

Manager on duty at check-in was great!! Everything was to my liking. The only issue is to have them spray the rooms with the same spray that's throughout the lobby and hallways. Hate when hotels do this. You'll walk in the room and smell dogs 😩😭 No, seriously, try doing that. Also, offer water along side your ice machines. Bring that back!! I needed water to make coffee, but to no avail

Great staff All Around

Check in was great. Hotel rooms were in good shape. The outside of the hotel needed a makeover, as it did not meet Hilton standards on appearance. The front lobby had a slight odor that made hotel seem unclean. The AC on the floors was running too high and it was freezing walking down the hallways to the room.

Not a bad stay. There is a unique odor that lingers around the lobby area, but once you leave off the first floor it goes away.

Clean, nice and efficient staff, and quick check-in/out. The water pressure/temperature and room temp were good.The only thing I didnt like is that my room was close to the expressway and there was a lot of road nice coming into my room. I had to use earplugs. Next time I'll ask for a room far from the expressway. Ans thank you for my cookie.

Overall it was an okay stay. The staff was great and friendly. This is a much older hotel and it’s visible. I booked a non-smoking room and I could immediately smell cigarette smoke. I don’t smoke but grew up around smokers that is a smell that is hard to get out especially in carpeted rooms. Non-smokers can always tell spot the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Bathroom door I had to push to close, closet door was sticking when I tried to open. Minor things you get from an older hotel. My main inconvenience was the entrances into the property (1front and 2 in back). The back two were locked at night which was the BIGGEST headache on night one. LOVED the staff but the property needs updating and the back 2 gates into the parking lot needs to be unlocked.

Roaches in the bathroom

No pool access, my room was given away, staff entered my room after one knock immediately after I showered (they were unaware but still) I was by myself so quite frightening in the moment.
