Was an easy drive to theater downtown.

Great staff , clean facility, cozy

Clean, close to the airport, delicious food and even better cookies!

We always stay before a flight out of convience of our group. This place never disappoints, warm cookie and all!

Our room was dirty upon check in with molding food in our fridge and potato chips open and crumbs all over our room. Our room was very hot and the ac was very weak we were not able to sleep at all the way our room was. We will not return to the hotel in the future

Arrived at 10pm. No food available. No bar service available. Room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty.

Property is very nice. The staff super friendly and professional.

All was good but the property was overpriced b/c the state wrestling championships were taking place.

Hotel wasn’t clean, toilet didn’t work, the sliding door in our room leaked and our carpet was soaking week. Room service was very rude

Incredible experience. Staff was very warm and friendly. We were greeted with warm cookies at check in. Room was very clean. Room service was excellent. Front desk and breakfast staff went out of their way. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Hilton property, amazing front desk staff even at 3am when I arrived, offered me complimentary drinks water etc, bed super comfortable lots of pillows sport sheets super clean big fluffy towels , the breakfast and the staff serving friendly happy food was fresh, none of that powder egg horrible stuff, fresh fruit, omelette station , bacon etc… amazing. So wish I could have stayed longer but will always come again. Well done Double Tree.

Very clean peaceful

We stay in the Syracuse area very frequently and booked this hotel because they have an on site restaurant, which is not bad. Room was just okay, housekeeping is limited, we had to ask for tissues, toilet paper, fresh towels. The bathroom cleanliness could have been better, and those gross communal products on the wall are terrible, bring your own. Tired of paying full price for mediocre product. Also, skip the high priced breakfast. There is a great diner nearby (Carl’s) and other options. I’d stay there again, the location is good, but only if the price is right.

I will say the bathrooms are so small ! We liked the hotel but wouldn’t stay again because there was no room to get ready . We are a family of four .. 2 small kids . You can’t sit on the toilet and close the door .
