Clean, clean, clean

You guys did great . The hotel had recently experienced a broken water pipe but even with all the moisture remediation the hotel still held to a high standard . Thank you for a very pleasant stay . The bartender and wait staff was excellent as well

Everything was great

I only planned to stay one night to catch a morning flight but I ended up having to stay a second night. The situation was a disaster for me but the staff at this Hilton really came in clutch. They made everything easy and handled my public tears like real pros. Besides the inoperable water fountains everywhere, the property itself was quality. The rooms and public areas were clean and well maintained. That staff though… top notch! I thought the warm cookies would be the highlight but the staff really were the best part! The cookies are still a nice touch though.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed before catching a flight the next morning, the shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and friendly. Great stay.

Check in was quick and easy. They even give out delicious warm cookies when you check in.

Everything is good

Worst exprience ever. The hotel didnt have water from 8pm till the morning. So the customer could take a shower, nor go to the bathroom. The solution was to go to the bathroom and leave it there and the whole room smell bad. The hotel instead of giving us something in return, just gave us 2 bottles of 8oz water. Please dont stay there. I complained and they refuse to do something

The website said breakfast included however it wasn’t complimentary. We booked a king with a sofa however we only got a king. So I asked for a roll away they said they didn’t offer those. So our child had to sleep on the floor.

I thought all was great

We checked in extremely late and the front desk had everything ready for us. Checking in was fast and the staff had a good sense of humor.

We like staying at this hotel because after a long day of driving, it’s nice to be able to have a cocktail and dinner right there!!! And the cookies are a delicious dessert!

The king sized bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. However the sink was cracked and the floor was very cold in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Needs a few upgrades.

This hotel is one of the best in Wichita. Really enjoy staying here.

We arrived Friday, January 24, and were told that we would have no water after 9pm until the next morning because of "scheduled" maintenance so we had to fill a cooler with water and then fill the tanks in the toilet to be able to use it. The next morning we woke to maid service banging on our door at 8 am we asked they please come back later. When we returned that evening our room was a mess and they had not cleaned it and it smelled like sewer gas. Also when the water came back on the toilet had black streaks in it that were never cleaned as well. This was a terrible experience. This was a weekend stay for my husbands birthday and it was not a good experience at all. I expect much more from a Hilton property. Our entire stay should be comped at this point. This could not have been Scheduled maintenance! Had it been there would have been some kind of forewarning and there was not until we arrived and then could do nothing about it and we paid full price? I have travelled extensively for work for catastrophe work and have stayed in hotels that had issues due to hurricanes, etc and have to say this was one of the worst and handled horribly
