The server Fred is good and accommodating.

Staff doesn't respond. Limited availability at the front desk and phone (didn't have enough towels at the room) Charged me twice the by mistake at checkout and didnt get back the refund.

Nice place

We valued the quiet rooms, comfortable bed and high end toiletries. Andrea our server went out of her way to make sure the lunch we ordered was completely to our liking. She even had our drinks remade, though it was our fault for not specifying how we preferred them. Our only issue was that numerous bicycles had missing or loose chains and the ones that were rideable were locked but the staff did not know the combinations.

A beautiful property with a nice outside bar and two pools. Good viewing spots for sunset.

Excellent place!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful hotel in the most lovely location on a marina. About an hours drive to Key West. Beautiful rooms and the food was amazing. Staff really helpful and friendly. Only negative is there isn’t much around the local area.

I loved the lighthouse and the access to the sister property Did not like the view from our room as we paid for a pool view and could only see the chairs. I also was not thrilled that there was no outdoor access no balcony or porchto our room.

The staff is incredibly kind and customer service is high priority.

I really liked the property and everyone that worked there was very nice, the Resort fees were a little confusing and got charged $20.00 daily for parking, an actual resort fee for $35.00 daily, which is fine but I didn’t understand why I got charged a lighthouse fee daily as well that went up and down , $13, $35.56, $34.02, etc. so just FYI would be nice if they could confirm this when checking in. Otherwise it was a very nice place, clean and the view is beautiful and highly recommend

The property is very nice, from the expansive lawn and gardens to the dock and picturesque lighthouse. But, not disclosing the extra fees for "resort fee" & parking seems shady and not transparent. I mean were not in Las Vegas where they pull the same type of thing, but there they require the hotels to disclose this upfront. I would expect outstanding service from their staff from a propety in the Hilton Curio Collection, but fell short in many areas from check-in to housekeeping. Lastly the bed & pillows were not comfortable, so I didn't even have a good night sleep either. I probably would not return considering the total price of my stay.

My stay was fine except that the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. The staff was very helpful in moving us to a new room.

The resort is very nice with a beautiful pool, and overall we had a nice stay, but we were disappointed with a few things. First of all, we had to ask for handsoap in our room. When we needed anything, like extra towels, we had to go to the main building. There was no attendant in our building, and no one answered the phone. The cleaning crew left a rag in our room. We expected more from paying a daily resort fee of $35 that charged extra for many amenities. Also, we were charged $20 per night for parking, which we were not informed of until checkout.

Amazing !! We went for a weekend with the girls and we had so much fun- they have everything you need there to have fun with the kids , have a great couple night . Bar - live music - pool - Drink from the bar were amazing/ the only thing we didn’t like was the food at the restaurant their breakfast were not good at all .

We were placed in a room with a portable floor unit air conditioner. This did not keep our room cool and made for a terrible sleeping environment . Other than that the resort itself is beautiful and clean. The staff that we encountered were extremely nice helpful and welcoming.
