Downtown Brooklyn has really evolved into a destination location. Shopping, great food, and easy access to Manhattan are all here

The location is convenient and accessible to local shops and public transportation. Our room is super clean and bed is comfortable to sleep in. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Lucky, we were able to check in early. I hesitated to ask if there is an available microwave to warm our food but I will do that next time. At night, you can hear a lot of noise but it is manageable.

Attended a concert at Barclays. Very convenient and an easy walk to and from the venue. Felt very safe. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean very well maintained. Hotel itself is older could use updating

I would not book at this hotel for my next Brooklyn hotel stay. The hotel definitely needs an update, the furniture is all very old and looks beaten up with all of the leather peeling on the chairs. Additionally, the shower floor is chipped and peeling. We had two people in the room and they only provided two towels, on the second day after housekeeping they took all of our washcloths. The room felt clean overall, but on the second day we found a spider in our shower. The hotel elevator didn’t feel extremely safe so we took the stairs most days which were easy to locate and access. Additionally, not necessarily a hotel issue but the people in the room next to us played loud thumping music each night until after 1 am.

The location was great and easy to walk to concerts. The view out the window was great too! Could overlook most of the area. The interior is also relatively neat and clean.

This is a property where I love to stay whenever I need a home away from home feeling, which also allows me to keep up with my gym activity and I'm able to enjoy the Sauna and Swiming Pool. These areas are always well supervised and clean!

I saw bedbugs on the bed, the smell of the sheets and pillows was funky, there were no towels, the walls were looking dirty and the list goes on. Don’t be fool by the pictures of the rooms online. Plus there were guys looking like drug dealers hanging out at the entrance.

the people there were very kind and the property was close to shops and restaurants, definitely going again soon.

I will never be returning to this location. Staycation turned into a headache . I decided on this hotel because of their amenities . Upon arrival I was told they would let me know when my room was ready , never did . I returned to the front desk a little over a hour from check-in and was given my key. Sauna and steam room was out of service. No word on when it would be repaired . The jets in the hot tub was not working and it looked filthy. Pool hours are horrendous . Monday-Friday 7am-12pm then reopen at 7:30pm crazy. Pool only goes up to 4ft, and could fit maybe 10 people comfortably. I put my car in the valet and wasn’t instructed to text for pick up. I waited a hour to get my car, after calling the front desk and asking for my car at 8am they said you should get a text when it is ready, never mentioned that I need to contact valet MYSELF. At 8:30a I went downstairs and the hostess said I need to go to valet and ask how much longer. Valet worker said they were never informed of the pick up. My car came at 9:15am ridiculous . Never again.

It’s a great place to stay. It closes Barclays Center.
