I did love the hotel but I just had two problems I feel like if am a guess at the hotel why do I have to pay for parking and plus I had a toddler with me and they didn’t give me a room with a tub other then that it was great

The people were nice just not competent. Got a room key with a family already in the room. Man in shower. Then get another key…this also occupied just of the cockroach species. Running all over the walls. And the room also had no working air in Florida heat. And finally get a room after midnight with 2 small kids. Just never using the brand. No amenities extended compensation barely apologies. Disappointed

Rude housekeeping left door to our room opened and our room was tossed there where bugs in the bathrooms and they did nothing about it and they blamed me for there system messing up with payment
