I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. When I first checked in, I was surprised to find that the bed had not been made, which was disappointing after a long day of travel. The manager apologized and said I would be credited 1,000 points as compensation, but I have not seen those points reflected yet. I do appreciate that the staff tried their best to make up for the situation, but I believe more attention should be given to ensuring that rooms are clean and fully ready before guests check in. It makes a big difference in the first impression and overall stay. With some improvements in housekeeping consistency, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience.

Hotel is in a nice and safe area. We walked down the street where several restaurants are located and ate. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I will stay there again.

This hotel was one of the better Holiday Inn experiences I’ve had. Everything was new and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast with special host Deion was a great experience.

It was the perfect room for me and my young son. Clean and modern with an excellent location. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Hotel muy cuidado y limpio

Was a nice hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was that there is no free on-site parking, and you had to pay for valet parking?

Antoinette at front desk on check in and was fantastic! The two front desk ladies in afternoon were AWFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL!! Often not at desk, didn't answer phones, didn't know location or sites. On way to room big hairball in hall by room. Three days later still there. Last night smoke detector we went off in room next door and it took over 15 minutes for someone to respond. Called front desk and no answer and no call back. Coffee great, breakfast good. Last night was very disappointing and would have to think twice about using Holiday Inn Express again.

Parking is an issue

Will definitely stay there again. The staff were helpful and very polite. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for making my trip great.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff were welcoming, and the location was perfect. We all enjoyed the food, and everything was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I was disappointed by this Holiday Inn because I’ve stayed in many before. The service at the front desk, particularly at night was terrible. They did not seem interested in doing their job but rather talking with their friends and ignoring the telephone. The day staff at the front desk was great, however. The breakfast was good overall, and the staff kept refilling it constantly so that was definitely a good part of the trip. The room itself was fine and I really don’t have any complaints. My one biggest complaint is we booked the hotel through hotels.com and because we didn’t pay immediately but rather chose to pay when we arrived, which was an option on the website, we were Charged additional fees per night, which I felt was very misleading. It took my husband two weeks to finally get an answer and we did not receive a refund. Overall, it’s a good location in the city, but they do need to work on transparency and hiring better staff for the evening.

It is all good

No drinking water provided. We have to buy if we want. Though I ordered room service, they didn’t clean the toilet and no trash can with covers. I won’t recommend this to anyone. But problem was no space to park car to even get down. Only good thing was breakfast in the morning.
