nice rooms, very comfortable. nice complimentary dinner and breakfast. nice staff. the pool was not working. we didn't get help to set-up the extra bed on the sofa.

We arrived at the hotel early in order to use the swimming pool, always an important part of our vacation. To our dismay, we discovered that the pool was out of order, closed indefinitely for repairs...no apologies, nothing. we do believe we are entitled to some reimbursement. The pool was one of the reasons we had decided to stay there in the first place.

The pool was closed the entire trip and we felt like we were being misled on the timing of it reopening and that no effort was being made to reopen it

I liked the size of the parking lot. Unfortunately that’s all I liked. Long line to check in because there was only one person at the counter. I was almost charged $500 more for my room because of a computer glitch, but I had my receipt from Expedia, however the cost of my room was $85 more than my friend’s room next-door to me and she went directly through Hilton. I am not happy. $85 is ridiculous. I was informed that the pool and the whirlpool were unfortunately closed for the remainder of the week. I was never provided with an email from Expedia for this inconvenience again I am not satisfied. The room was not updated. The Wi-Fi was sketchy. I was told I only get housekeeping every other day and none of this was disclosed in Expedia. I am completely unsatisfied very disappointed with the quality of a Hilton and lack of disclosure from Expedia. I want some compensation for what happened.

Awesome!

Stayed in a one bedroom suite with my partner and two teenage daughters. The hotel location is very close to Ithaca, Cornell University, Ithaca Falls and so many other scenic areas. I also love how there was a free buffet breakfast included in the room rate. The breakfast station attendee, Tanisha, was fantastic and she made sure the food was refilled quickly and the coffee was hot and fresh. All of the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly! The hot tub was lovely but the pool water was looking a bit green so we decided not to use it. The room we stayed in could definitely be updated and refreshed, with a deep clean as well.

Great place to stay with our 4 kids- plenty of room to spread out. Pool was small but the kids still had fun. Clean, updated, and comfortable. Showers could have used better showerheads but they still worked. Breakfast staff was very nice even though breakfast wasn’t great. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, great amenities including self service laundry, BBQ, hot tub and pool. The morning breakfast was excellent including chia pudding and overnight oats.

Great hotel. Ithaca is a beautiful place. The hotel is close to everything. I will definitely come back.

Place is very clean and the all the staff is very kind and helpful. Might stay again in this hotel.
