We had queen room in millenium premier got bumped up to king room in milkenium timesqyare which was right next door. They held luggage for us no question asked although room wasnt avail until 4pm.

They give us 2 bottles of water every morning, the room is big enough, clean and quiet!

The hotel staff was great and really helpful. The hotel room was nice, clean, comfortable bed. The plug in the bathroom did not work which made blow drying your hair difficult. We were on the 2nd floor with an obstructed view which was not ideal.

We went to the Millennium Hotel and were told we were next door, so we went to Premier and they upgraded our room. We get to the room and someone was doing maintenance in the bathroom when we arrived. He finished quickly and we were settled in. We had difficulty getting the tv to work but other than that, it was a nice stay.
