Very convenient for a quick trip to the STL airport. However, the bed was very uncomfortable (actually both were just hard - which isn't my personal preference). There is no supression of noise in the room- so everything in the hallway, people talking, doors slamming, etc. were very loud. There is no access to drinking water which seemed odd. Normally you can at least buy bottles of water- but there was only a single vending machine with like 6 various types of sodas. As for local area, there wasn't anywhere to quickly go get some convenience items (for someone walking- which also didn't feel safe). There is a lot of deferred maintenance, the place needs a facelift, but it was clean for the most part (one pillow case and one sheet both had questionable stains- so were not used).
I would pay the few dollars extra to stay down the road next time.
Best thing though- the staff was super nice! I feel bad the accommodations were so rough.

I was waiting for the shuttle for 50 mins and called them 4 times. The place is 2 mins drive away and the lady at the counter kept on sayj g it is on its way. When the shuttle thrned up i asked the driver how many times he drive pass and he said once!!! The place is old, dirty and run down.. Looks good on photos but it is actually terrible

Fake hardwood floors instead of carpets but they weren't put together correctly, the toilet ran constantly, the shower leaked and the old rusted showerhead was falling off, there was tape and saran wrap around the shower curtain rod. Gross, not pleasant night.

The hotel is literally right across from the airport, just minutes away. It also turned out to be immediately next to my car rental location, too, so even more convenient than I had anticipated (unfortunately, that location, just outside my room, had music blaring all day and into the night). Noisy neighbors upstairs were my main issue, but the front desk staff was helpful with the problem.

The room was in disrepair. Molding coming off the walls
Sheet rock had chunks off at the bottom of some walls. Rusty kleenex wall holder in bathroom. Last occupant left cooked food in the fridge poorly wrapped, made refrigerator smell. Very noisey. Room doors slam. If on the first floor you can hear all the movement in the room above you. Very busy street. Lots of traffick noise.

I got dropped off at the BusPort Parking lot A by Greyhound. I called the hotel at 11:15pm about being picked up by the shuttle to get told they cant pick up there because they dont know where it is (even though you pass right by it on your way out of the airport). The shuttle driver then tells me to get over to the terminal doors and call back then they will come and get me. We hang up at 11:20pm. I arrive over at the terminal at 11:35pm and call back just to be told they cant come and get me because they stop running at 11:15 even though I had just hung up with them not even 15 minutes before that and to get told they cannot help me now. I finally get to check in at the hotel at 12:15am and have to pay a $100 deposit even though I have to check out at 3am for my flight out and the shuttle doesnt start until 4am. The shower had no pressure and the beds were hard. I will never stay here again. The only reason I was even staying was so I was close to the airport and could ride teh shuttle back and forth.

Old dirty shoe insers on shelf in closet area, electrical outlet hanging out of wall, fire alarm cover off and battery half disconnected in room.
Carpet very dirty in hallway/stairs, no elevator so make sure to ask for room on first floor if stairs are a no go.

So many things were unacceptable. My bed was made only with a sheet and no blanket. I had to ask the front desk for a blanket twice and they ended up giving me a mattress pad. Not a blanket. I would have dealt with just the sheet but the heater in the room didnt work. I had the "heat" blasting on 86 and it was spewing out more cold air. Shower dirty and full of hair. TV had no connection. $100 surprise deposit. Avoid this place!
