Really good place especially for the money. They try to upcharge in several ways eg $9 bottled water in the rooms but overall a nice place

A very comfortable place to stay. Evelvator is suprisingly fast too. Ejoyed my stay just wish there was a laundry room on the premise, but maybe thats not a normal thing to have for hotels so I will let it slide. Very good service and room cleanliness, never bothered by anyone, tons of privacy.

A fine stay. But everything beyond strictly the room has a price. $9 water. $20 breakfast buffet. $14 parking (unavoidable ). A budget hotel would include most of that. This is more like a business hotel. Good price on the room, though, for a quick overnight just passing through town.

Property clearly has been upgraded recently, but some dings and dents show through: room furniture showing wear, bath tub slow draining, hair on a washcloth. Not something I'd complain about because none of that really bothered me. Beds, especially pillows were SUPER comfortable. Good water pressure in shower and supply of hot water. Didn't use amenities like pool or fitness center but looked well maintained. Liked the fact the main lobby door and elevators require room card access. Five minute drive to Lynx lightrail system made it convenient to get uptown. Overall enjoyed my stay.

We were disappointed with our stay at the hotel. A few years ago, we hosted an F3 Women's Empowerment event there, and the property was in much better condition then. Upon our arrival, we were assigned room #1218. Once we opened the door, the musty smell and stuffiness made me nauseous. I informed the hotel desk clerk that we could not stay in that room due to the foul odor. We were then assigned to room #1216, which had a more tolerable smell, but it was clear that the hotel needed renovations. The arm of the sitting chair was deteriorating as if an animal had chewed on it, and the furniture was outdated. The ice machine on our floor was also broken, forcing us to go to the 11th floor to get ice. My daughter, who was assigned a room on the 5th floor, also experienced significant issues and had to be moved to another room. To make matters worse, the next morning, on May 3rd, we discovered her car had been broken into while parked on the property. The floors of our room had not been vacuumed well, adding to our disappointment with the stay. We have contacted management to discuss compensation for our unsatisfactory accommodations, particularly concerning my daughter's rooms. She was initially assigned to room #502 but had to be moved to room #910 due to various issues. My daughter even recorded a video of her room to document the uncleanliness, which needs to be addressed.

There were a lot of homeless around the area. The hotel room was dusty and dirty. We were awoken in the middle of night by someone trying to open our outside and inside doors and then proceeded to talk at a very loud volume. We were charged for parking and I had to ask twice to fix the rate because receptionist kept making mistakes. Our biggest complaint is that NEITHER pool was available during our stay which is a reason why we chose this hotel and I feel should be refunded partially as we did not receive what was advertised
